The idea of this post is to help people to recognize VIABLE custom things. Keep in mind, balance isn't really all that needed. What I'm looking for is if something is Fair And/or Reasonable instead. The key here is WISDOM.
So, please, present your customs here, and I will judge them for viability from 1-10.

This statement is meant to be both provocative and condescending. Look at these pathetic huddled masses in their private and closed games, cringing behind the policy of no homebrews and no custom content. This is an insult and injury even to fire types. HEED THIS! Your better off playing rpgmaker. It's everything this place wants to be when it grows up. Seriously. Otherwise, good luck, they will overdo things. All because of safety and security... kor.
The number of languages based on the usual D&D makes this problematic at best, but it fits the theme for this species quite well. The stats, on the other hand, indicate a pampered lifestyle and could be problematic, but the -2 constitution on Cerudanians would equate it better to what the usual humans possess. Three stats down, three stats up, and a -2 in constitution seems fair on the stats variant.
End result: Great build for Paladins, Druids, Clerics, and Monks. But the social factor makes this race questionably overpowered. It's reasonable, but not fair, thus, especially as it's a group of regal beings.

terrible saving blows, but higher stats. it's big feat, capacity, though, means terribly high hitpoints. This advanced unit could be considered op, but the thing that holds it back is it's -3 in a stat score.
Worse, this puts it in the position of a glass cannon. So, it should specialize aggressive tricks for the most part.
