Okay um i'm trying to add durability and i'm stumped i need some opinions on which way i should do durability ---->
1: Every time an attack misses it takes 1 durability away, weapons have different amounts of durability same as, Armour, shields, and items. Armour takes damage when a successful attack hits them, shields take damage when a successful hit hits them when shields equipped, items take damage based on damage of attack and takes away from health. (items in this way have most amount of durability of the three)
2: Every time something gets used it takes 1 durability point different things have different durability. (items in this way have medium amount of durability of the three)
3: Every time you roll a critical failure the thing takes 1 durability point. (items in this way have least amount of durability of the three)
Respond with
1 if you choose 1
2 if you choose 2
3 if you choose 3
Edit: oh and also should i premake the character in my Champaign or not?---start with edit if you are replying to this and not the one above and start with both if you are replying to both.
IMHO, it depends on how much you want to track various items having durability and how you want to fix the damaged items. I have seen it vary from group to group and system to system also I would be prepared to make a system and then adjust it a couple of times.
In general remember when you hit something it hits you or in other words when you weapon hits a person in armor the armor hits it.
