There is no Speed value specified, you might want to check on that since it seems the creature can actually move;
Wording suggestion: " Its spellcasting ability is 13" might be best as " Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom";
I'd suggest noting in the proficiencies the Stealth base value, I suspect it should be +5, given this creature seems to have a +3 proficiency bonus, but it might be best noting it down anyway since you then specify in Superior Shadow Stealth that their Stealth bonus increases to +8 (so double proficiency, in theory);
You noted this is a lvl 5 caster, I am not really a huge expert in spellcasting monsters, but normally a 5th level caster has access to 4 lvl 1 spells slots, 3 lvl 2 spell slots and 2 lvl 3 spell slots; your spell list, with spells up to 5th level, would make it a level 9 caster, following the normal progression of caster classes; you might want to look into that;
It says it has resistance to all damage types, this makes it potentially extremely hard to bring down, but then it only has 10 AC and 14 HP, making it extremely squishy, so I am a bit confused... could you tell me what you were trying to achieve/convey with this? (also, it says it has 3d12+2 HP, which doesn't really add up, aside from the fact that it should probably be 3d12+3 instead, given the CON modifier is added to all hit dice)
Yeah I noticed that one myself and Ill have to update it (Im surprised it made it past).
These are all very useful pieces of information. Thank you.
Ill definitely flesh this creature out when I get the chance. This is suppose to be a shadow creature that is solely a fear base creature. The reason this creature is suppose to be potentially hard to take down is mostly for horror. I suppose I should have made it all physical damages.

Happy to help :)
On the resistance to damage, I think it's fine if you leave the all damages resistance, but I'd increase a bit the AC and maybe just a tad the HP, fixing also the HD calculation. Something like AC 13 and 20 HP sounds balanced enough to me for something halving any damage received at level 5, and that is sure to put some doubt (if not fright) in the minds of the players ;)
