So I’m making a new class (on Microsoft word, obviously), it is called the prophet. Basically it is a mix of wizard, cleric, and warlock, however it is completely different to these classes.
The dilemma
Should it’s level 20 ability be a +4 to wisdom and intelligence scores, and their maximum
Or should it be telepathy, blindsight and tremorsense.
Or should I have both, but option 2 be a 19th level feature?

while the +4 to two ability scores is great (look at the barbarian, very strong, both literally and metaphorically) but two things make me think the second option is better AS A STANDALONE:
the tremorsense, telepathy, & blindsight (collectively knows as TTB for this post) are very interesting. the reason spellcasters are so fun is because they can do things outside of just raw numbers.
+4 to wisdom AND intelligence is not as good as the Barbarians version. generally, full spellcaster classes (which this appears to be one), use 1 ability score for their primary function: their attack and spells. they invest any leftover points in CON, DEX, & WIS, usually in that order. this is also apparent in the 2014 PHB version of Tiefling, which gives +2 CHA & +1 INT. no class ever uses both of those stats in conjunction
My only concern with the second feature is that Telepathy is a relatively low level ability, Blindsight has a number of low level alternatives (blind fighting style from fighter, devils sight + any race with normal darkvision, Tremorsense is a cool ability, but for a level twenty feature, it is not very strong.
I would combine both features, as it is a capstone, and therefore, go crazy on the power level. for a homebrew revision of the Fighter class, I gave them an ability that makes the degree of success on an attack one better (crit=x3 dice, normal hit=crit, miss=normal hit, crit fail=miss)

Ok, so maybe something like this:
All-Seeing Eyes
By 20th level, your prophet skills has excelled to you unseen levels. You gain a +4 boost to intelligence, and tremorsense up to 60 a distance of 60 feet.

just one of those abilities because with +4 to all those stats and telepathy, blindsight and tremorsense you will notice EVERYTHING.
Which one?
