I have looked through your Homebrew guide, which says you cannot change a weapon's ability score. For example, changing a longbow from Dexterity to Wisdom.
Is that now possible? Or is that article you posted above the only way to do that?
Interesting. So how exactly does it work? Is it only for warlocks?
I am asking because I'm hoping to make weapons that use Int or even potentially Wis for thematic purposes on casters.
To make it work better, since you intend to expand the use of melee weapons to spellcasting classes, I recommend using the modifier: Bonus - Magic Item Attack With (Choice Attribute).

This does not work, not as intended, because as soon as that weapon is equipped/attuned to, ALL your weapons begin to use that property. Which is counterproductive if you have to un-equip the weapon constantly or alter your other weapons to not gain the bonus.
As stated, I have seen a modifier called 'Replace Weapon Ability' which lets me select a stat as a modifier.
What is it, and how can I make it work for my own homebrew?

Okay so.. it only works on subclass stuff.. got it.. Annoying since I wanted it to work off weapons, but I can make a workaround now, at least..
