This is not something that the homebrew tools support, but you might be able to jury rig something similar. It might get easier once homebrewed base classes arw a thing, but for now they aren't.
So this "class" is basically any 2 classes glued together, so it has all the benifits of multiclass with none of the downsides. I don't like it, I wouldn't allow it, I wouldn't encourage it, but it does a good job of "balancing" the "class" so that what you get at the end can not honestly be called a level 40 multiclassesd character, but it basically is.
What specifically do you need help with? If you are trying to change the skill choices of the base class, you can't. You can create a second list of choices that apply at level 3 and choose fewer of the base class's options. As I said: Jury rig.
Is there any hint on when base classes will be allowed?
And is there any reason why I can't set to level 1, it is an option after all...
I think I'll just have to try and play with it.
As for not liking it, well it's not for standard play, it's for its own special campaign, an entire party of Gestalt characters and higher level than normal encounters for balance.
Hi.
I'm trying to workout the homebrew so I can add my Gestalt character without breaking the leveling and proficiency modifiers.
These are the rules we're following: https://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/HJbEWuLjW
My character is a simple Fighter Champion / Barbarian Zealot
I've picked barbarian as the main class as it sorts out the hit die.
But how do I add extra choices to the base skills, you don't get to pick any more, but you get more to choose from.

It is not currently being worked on, and isn't very high priority. It was only recently recognised as a requested feature.
Level 3 is when barbarians can select a subclass.
