To see the rules for its alternate forms you have to look at the class page as a 3rd level character. Here are the different rules:
At 3rd level, Cybertronians are capable of choosing their alternate form and faction.
Autobot / Deception
You are capable of transforming into a vehicle, object, or weapon. At 3rd level you can choose one vehicle, object, or weapon as an alternate form and can transform into it as an action. You are capable of turning into a motorized rowboat, a or a devil's ride as a vehicle alternate form. While in this form you are capable of driving yourself, or you can be ridden by others. You are also capable of transforming into a piece of adventuring gear, but you are unable to transform into a consumable item. This piece of equipment can be used by others. You are also capable of transforming into a weapon. This can be any nonmagical weapon with a gold value, and you are immobile in this form. Others are able to wield you and receive a +5 bonus to damage and to hit in addition to their own modifiers. Others are automatically proficient with you as an object or weapon. If you are reduced to 0 hit points or killed while transformed, you remain transformed. You are unable to transform into a vehicle while in combat, and are only able to transform out of one.
Maximal / Predacon
Your alternate form is a beast. Select a beast with a CR rating of 2 or below. No matter which beast you choose, your size in alternate form is either medium or large. This alternate mode shares the same health points with your robot form.
Titan Class
At 3rd level, you are able to choose an alternate form. This can be a cybertronian cannon, a cybertronian base, or a cybertronian outpost and you are able to transform into it as an action. If you transform into a cybertronian cannon you become stationary and are only capable of firing up to 1 shot before transforming back, this cannon shares the statistics of a regular cannon. If you transform into a cybertronian base, you become a round metallic base that is 2x2 cubes big with one door. This base is also well lit and 5ft tall. This base is insulated and is able to maintain a stable temperature inside. This base contains cameras that allow the people inside to view around the base. Additionally, the base contains a computer that allows the people inside to browse all of the knowledge of the transformed cybertronian. While in this form you gain a resistance to all damage and gain a +2 to armor class. The cybertronian is also capable of transforming into a cybertronian outpost. This outpost is a 1x1, well lit room with an antimatter turret on top and one door. This base is capable of controlling the temperature inside up to 20 degrees from the outside temperature. This base also includes cameras that allow people inside to see around the base and contains a computer that allows people inside to access the knowledge of the cybertronian. The cybertronian is capable of using an action to fire the antimatter turret. You are unable to transform into, or out of a base or outpost alternate mode in combat.
Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

The name of the race is Adapted Cybertronian, sorry for the confusion, I figured that they would have adapted to become smaller than normal transformers, which would explain how they can be medium size.
Ah, right, I understand now. It does seem to have some balancing issues.
Being able to become a +5 weapon is very silly. +5 is 100% unprecedented in 5e, and even legendary magic items and artifacts can only go up to a +3. So, basically, becoming this weapon is more or less always going to be the best choice you have, especially since you can just give yourself to a Wizard or somebody else who doesn't normally use weapons and they're automatically proficient in you. The problem with that is a) it invalidates pretty much every other option a character can have and b) it completely removes your agency, since it seems that you can't do anything at all while in object form. Basically, it's not very fun to be an immobile object for an entire combat, but it's always going to be the most practical option. Features should not come at the cost of fun.
The Titan Class is a whole bunch of weird. You can't just say things like "the cybertronian is capable of using an action to fire the antimatter turret" without elaborating on what that even means.
Your phrasing is a bit off from normal as well. You shouldn't measure things in squares, you should measure them in size classes, or just feet if you need to be more precise. For example, instead of saying "2x2 cubes big," just say Large. Don't say "the cybertronian" when referring to the player, but instead "you."
Also, in general, it's very unclear how transforming actually works. I'd use text based on something like Druid's Wild Shape to govern how all of the transformation features work.

Updated Text for Predacon / Maximal:
Your alternate form is a beast. Select a beast with a CR rating of 2 or below. No matter which beast you choose, your size in alternate form is either medium or large. This size must be decided when you pick your beast form. For example, you can choose a badger as your alternate form, but the size of your alternate form would still be medium or large depending on your choice.
1) Free shelter is a 5th level feature, and CR 2 beasts are level 6 for Moondruid, therefore to be balanced you transformation should be unlocked at 5th level.
2) You still need far more details about how it works:
- How long does it take to transform? and Action? a Bonus Action? a Minute? 10 Minutes? How long does it take to un-transform?
- How often can you transform? At will? once a day? X times per day?
- What happens if you are reduced to 0 hit points or die while transformed?
- Can you attack while transformed? If so what stats do you use to make attacks?
- How big are you when you transform? how many creatures can you carry?
I think the text for the alternate form feature in the race description should answer most of your questions, I updated the race to remove the Titan class, and the transformations don't quite work like wild shaping for druids as your health is shared across both forms, so all you would be getting is any additional abilities of the creature like flight or swim speed and attacks. The main reason the limit was CR 2 was to give the player a little more variety as to what they could pick, but I think it would work to reduce this to CR 1 as that does seem to fix some more of the balancing issues with damage.
Would adding this trait make this race unbalanced?
Cybertronian Weaponry
You can transform your hands into weapons when making unarmed strikes. When you hit with them, the strike deals 1d6 + your Strength modifier slashing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
