I have Written my own homebrew Monk Subclass called “The Way of the Burning Palm” I Have built it to be as Balanced as I can, but I feel like it needs play testing! I would really appreciate some Feedback on it! You should be able to find it on here! I hope you Enjoy playing as my Monk and using your Ki to Light people on fire with a simple punch!
I feel like heated Ki could be made to be based on martial Arts die.
Ashen dexterity is actually a little lack luster. Maybe it could be made to spend 2 Ki to have advantage on attacks against all burning enemies until the beginning of your next turn.
The rest look great, but you should rename blaze deflection to blaze absorption or One with flame or something that signifies actually absorbing the energy of the fire like it does. It should also cost a reaction, but you can throw some temp HP in there too (1d8+WIS or something).

Overall it looks fairly good.
I’d agree with the points made by DxJxC, especially switching the fire damage to scale with the martial arts die. Kicking off with 1d10 is powerful and it should probably scale as you level.
Personally I’d also consider swapping “Aura of Fire” with “Searing Counter” as most resistance features in classes occur at 6 or later.
