This thread is for discussion on me homebrewing a new Paladin subclass called the Oath of the Unyielding Sword. The abilities of this class are based around the 11 sword skills of Orlandeau from Final Fantasy Tactics
No. I decided to change it from 1 to 3 subclasses as the Oath of the Unyielding Sword has all 11 sword skills from Final Fantasy Tactics which makes it broken. I decided to make it into the Oath of Darkness, Oath of Divinity, and Oath of the Holy Sword. They all utilize the Job-Point (JP) system and each has their own set of unique abilities. I have to make them though. These subclasses are more about using your sword to activate magical attacks. It isn't at all about big swords

Were you planning to post the actual abilities of this subclass? Because otherwise I don't see much chance for meaningful discussion.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
When I have finished it, I will have the link available.
when i first read this i thought it said "Unyieldly Sword" and i thought finally people have had enough of those ridiculous over-sized swords, alas no
