Opinions, suggestions, criticism, please? I want this balanced.

Components: V,S,M, (A shout, and an upraised arm, brandishing their weapon, instrument, or whatever else is in their hand)
Calling out to your allies within 30' you call them to regroup. Each ally may immediately choose to move up to 10' but may not end this movement adjacent to an enemy, and this movement is subject to any opportunity attacks it provokes. Each ally who chooses to use this movement has their speed reduced by an equivalent amount on their next turn. When you cast this spell your speed is reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn and any remaining movement you have is lost.
It seems incredibly balanced, honestly. Possibly too balanced lol... but it's such a specific spell that's clearly meant for very niche situations, so I think it makes sense as described. I feel like you could take some of the restrictions away... but the fact that it can target any number of creatures within the radius means that it could be horribly abused without those restrictions.
