Full disclosure, I'm a near complete newb. I understand the concept. The machanics are a bit hazey, along with how spells and skills are used. My character is a wood elf, ranger. I've opted for bows and short swords, based off my dexterity and strength choices. Otherwise, I'm vertually clueless to how to how D&D operates. And this would be my first attempt at the game. I've played rpgs like skyrim, final fantasy and god of war as a reference. To describe my current skills, I'm a sneaky snipe with perception dexterity and strength, chose forest, maxed my abilities for my lv (I think) and picked what seemed to be the most useful items for my inventory. My preferred play method would be ranged, somewhat backup, and suspicious of traps in every corner. I live in Kansas (US) and have open availability. I'm not sure how this works... I guess comment if you're interested? Thanks.
