In the opinions of more experienced players, what is a good way to become a tiger style monk? Tiger style martial arts is highly aggressive with some acrobatic kicks and claw strikes. My character race is human.
Mainly RP choices describing your attacks as clawing attacks etc... Like a killing strike as "I swipe across with my right hand, clawing out the throat of the goblin, in a shower of blood" Acrobatics is a fine skill and you can use it to flavor combat or just do cool moves.
Way of the Open Hand would seem a good fit. You can "pounce" with the 3rd level ability to push back a foe or knock them prone. The heal ability can help you stay in the fight, in a pinch. And with Tranquility the effects of Sanctuary you can stalk your prey by bypassing the peons and heading for the big bad. They will have to make a WIS save to even attack you so you might be able to get by them and then strike at your prey (ending the sanctuary, of course)
And why not rename quivering palm with Claw of Death.
Edit: people like the Mobile feat so you can move around with reducing OA. Kind of like catlike reflexes. I'm sure some other feats could help out.
If you really wanted to have claws, Magic Initiate:Druid you could get Primal Savagery and sprout claws, but that interferes with your unarmed attacks and Flurry of blows since it is a cast a spell action and not the attack action.
Or see if your DM would be ok with maybe using a claw like hand held weapon, spiked brass knuckles, or something like that, with Dagger stats (if they are ok with it being a Monk weapon for you it will scale with your martial arts die)
Open hand is suitable for all type or martial art. But to play aggressive, I think long death is much useful.
That is a good suggestion. Temp hit points are never a bad thing. The hour of reaping could be reflavored as a roar that frightens. Mastery of Death can keep you on your feet just a little bit longer. And touch of the long death can be the aggressive attacks the OP is looking for.
Why go Tiger "Style" when you can go plain Tiger. Play a Tabaxi. You get real claws that do slashing damage (scales with martial arts too). Just reskin it as a tiger.
I've reskinned my Tabaxi, Way of Tranquility Monk as a Cheetah; he is so much fun to play.

Well he did said "My character race is human." , it telling us that he want to play Human Monk.

The damage die would scale but you would still do damage die+ str as damage. Because the rules are weird.
The claws replace the damage type and die for unarmed strikes and monks get to use their dex for their unarmed strikes. Therefore, Tabaxi monks get to use their dex with thier claws.
