or just make a collective dex save.

and my simulacrum casts wall of stone, to prevent the zombies from scattering. they can make dex saves against that too.
Plus that vulnerability - 122 fire damage.
oh hey look, their highest dex save is lower than my dc. guess they take full damage. also, simulacrum save: 19 (I don't need them to survive this combat)
I'm still running them as a mob because it is the best way to keep track. They don't try escape, because the Simulacrum is in there with them.
and? they're now grouped up. also, what takes extra damage from fire vulnerability?

That's a critical so double damage for that 23.
also, the zombies are just outright killed. the damage is far higher than a nat 20 + con would be for unnatural fortitude

Oh as a mob they are vulnerable to area of effect spells.
