The shopkeeper looks at the tundra mammoth and giant squid, and sighs regretfully, snapping his finger and then wincing in pain as the two animals are thrown into a stasis bubble, preventing them from acting or gaining charges, but also keeping them safe from any form of damage. This stasis bubble will last until the hydrogen bomb goes off.
I order the squid and mammoth to leave the field for (5) rounds. They will return after that period. This will render them unable to attack or be attacked by anything on the battlefield for that duration. It also prevents their specialsfrom charging up... for some reason.
Also, if launched's secondary effects are too powerful just make it be an effect that deals tons of extra damage if it runs out naturally.
you say a thing and do a thing and suggest a thing and the first thing can't be thinged but the last thing'll be find and the second thing gets done normally.
I'm going to cast Gate, opening a portal to the sidequest dimension, since I need to get away from the H-Bomb.
Just before leaving, I'll send Melf's minute meteors the Eshialon's way.

It then acts! problem is, most targets are either running or dead. it settles for a non-interuptable bash to the fortress (M. of Folly fails to Dodge. 2 M. of Folly Grits its teeth 40 M. of Folly is Elsewhere 34, 18) (takes one damage), and uses a wait action to recover the damage.
"Whoever did this... I hate them." Gene groans as she sits up. She can see that the shuriken is still stuck in her flesh, particularly her abdomen. She can also see that she is bleeding profusely from the wound. Taking the thing out now would only cause her to bleed more, and probably die. So, Gene instead decides to gradually remove the weapon while also using a healing spell to close the wound. This doesn't take too long because she knows that there are spiders waiting for her.
After healing herself, Gene stands up to face the spiders with the shuriken in hand.
(OOC: I never thought I would ever unironically write a sentence like that... lol)
Well, I'm not sure whether your motive here was due to its presence in your inventory or just because, but regardless, you have obtained the [Dulled Voidshard]! this is probably a good. maybe you can use it for something, aside from an improvised, nigh-indestructible shuriken.
I look around and realize that a bomb is about to go off. I fish around in my pocket a bit, then pull out a pokeball. I set the automatic release timer to 'right after a hydrogen bomb explosion' and say "Woobydoobydoo, return!" I am sucked into the pokeball!
The shopkeep presses a button on his stand, and the whole thing disappears. He sits back and chews on his piece of straw, waiting for the explosion to come.

How it works is that instead of dealing damage, the cutout jumpscares one enemy each round, chosen by the owner. That enemy has a lower chance of hitting their attack that round due to being spooked. Stronger enemies are of course, less likely to miss their attack.
The next charge is the one the Deva is working on, and would have been called "Ace Up My Sleeve", with the signature text "Twenny Wan"
