So, bursting SMITE, my idea: deal 1d6 fire damage, force the opponent to make a strength saving throw or be dealt 1d8 force damage and be pushed back 10 feet or 5ft and being knocked prone, also a 1st level spell, the force damage goes up every level of spell slot used
Seems quite OP to me. That's an awful lot of bang for a 1st level spell, and seems much better than the other first level smites.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
Change the d8 to a d6 and its fine. Adds fire damage to thunderous smite, and removes the 300ft audible effect, which can be a balancing point to thunderous smite's damage. Some DMs don't even consider that, but others use that type of effect to pull monsters to you. (For example, if you were in a dungeon, everything nearby would be alerted you are there)
Mixing damage types is a powerful effect, and Force is basically the best damage type in the game from the standpoint of enemy resistances and immunities. You definitely shouldn't be inflicting scaling d8s in force damage. I'd say make it 1d6 force damage, no fire damage, and save or be knocked prone.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

Thunderous Smite already does 2d6 force with the 10ft push and knocked prone STR save. Changing one of those dice to fire damage is no big deal.
Thunderous Smite does not deal force damage.

Whoops... guess I should have realized by the name that it's thunder damage. Got my wires crossed somewhere along the line.
I still want some fire damage so, 1d4 fire and 1d6 force
