I must choose a feat and for the future levels (1/4 levels), I need advice to increase his chance of survival with other feats.
Here the differents feats : - Alert - Dungeon Delver - Observant - Resilient (several times if need) - Skilled - Skill expert - Skulker
A character using darkvision against opponents : becoming invisible for the creatures with a darkvision, and a cloud fog spell against the creatures without darkvision.
With the cloud fog spell, can the character see the opponents, is it right ? And also he can hide himself, is it right ?
So, I think that skulker, it is a good idea, no ? With this feat, is it possible to hide from all opponents ?
An alarm spell when he sleeps, for example to avoid an attack during the night.
4th level isn't super low level. Alarm is always a good idea, and don't forget there will likely be others in your party who can take watch (elves can long rest in half as much time as a human.)
First, you need to make sure that Dexterity is your highest score, not Intelligence, followed by Wisdom, for spellcasting.
You should take the Alert feat, rather than get an alarm, because with Alert it's impossible to be surprised anyway and you have a good chance at going first, especially as a Gloom Stalker, which will better your chances at being able to get the Dread Ambusher feature off.
Also, the fog cloud spell does not allow you to see through it, unfortunately, so you might need to get a different spell.
P.S. The Skulker feat is more of a Rogue thing, as they can Hide as a bonus action and do more stuff when they have advantage on the attack roll, but you cannot.
The monster can see in dim light within the radius as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. The monster can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
A heavily obscured area-such as darkness, opaque fog, or dense foliage blocks vision entireIy. A creature in a heavily obscured area effectively suffers from the blinded condition.

So, doesnt darkvision function ? Blind fight ?
Blind Fighting gives you blindsight for 10 feet, but you won't be able to make ranged attacks that way while inside Fog Cloud, because you can't see beyond those ten feet while inside the Fog Cloud.

I'm not at all convinced you understand the ramifications of Umbral Sight, so I'll give you a breakdown.
In general, there are six lighting conditions you can be in to be seen, and someone trying to see you can have 4 degrees of vision to do so: normal vision, darkvision, devil vision, and blindsight. There are exceptions to this, but it's rare.
Brightly lit. Everyone can see you normally, and you can see them normally.
Dimly lit: Everyone without at least darkvision rolls perception at disadvantage. You are not invisible, but you do have darkvision. If you had Skulker, you could attempt to hide; anyone with only normal vision would have to overcome your Stealth check to see you.
Darkness: Anyone with normal vision can't see you. Because of Umbral Sight, anyone with darkvision can't see you; because you have Darkvision but don't have Skulker, you roll Perception at disadvantage. Anyone with devil vision or blindsight can see you normally.
Magical Darkness: Only people with devil vision or blindsight can see, so you usually can't see or be seen.
Heavily obscured: this is for when something other than an actual lighting condition that doesn't occupy its space is simply explicitly heavily obscuring you, like fog cloud. Only those with blindsight can see, so usually you can't see or be seen.
Behind Total Cover: When something opaque that occupies its space is completely and totally hiding you, you're in a special situation, because blindsight should see through it, but the Blind Fighting fighting style claims you can't. You may need a DM ruling on which sentence of Blind Fighting is more binding, the claim you have blindsight or the claim you can't see through total cover.
What exactly are you so afraid of that will kill you? You're a ranged class, short of too many spellcasters and archers for an appropriate CR level and abysmal dice rolling, you're not squishy.

With Nature's Mantle, the character has a bonus action or it's better with an elven cloak ?
