if I have heroism cast on me and I got to 0 hp. Will i revive at the start of my next round. As long as the caster still has consetration.
You can still receive temporary hit points while you have 0 hit points, receiving temporary hit points doesn’t restore you to consciousness or stabilize you though.
So you can temp hit points but still be unconscious? Other then preventing someone from just nuking you while you are on the ground what value does that give? The PHB claims the below. Is the attempt to use Heroism to save the player? If so then that will not work. Learning still about the game so if I am off base let me know. :) Thanks for any input.
If you have 0 hit points, receiving temporary hit points doesn't restore you to consciousness or stabilize you. They can still absorb damage directed at you while you're in that state, but only true healing can save you.

Correct it will not save you as you still take damage even if you only loose temporary hit points. When you are at 0 hit points while having a number of temporary hit points and takes damage, you can suffer critical hit and death saving throw failures, up to instant death.

Check out this thread that seems to be about the same question. :)

From PHB Chapter 9:
Correct it will not save you as you still take damage even if you only loose temporary hit points. When you are at 0 hit points while having a number of temporary hit points and takes damage, you can suffer critical hit and death saving throw failures, up to instant death.
