First off you REALLY DO NOT want to do this. The pregenerated character you are using is not built to be a druid. Your character is built to fulfill the standard cleric role of armored melee support with a feat already used to back that up (Heavy Armor Master).
A druid is a different sort of animal (no pun intended) and you taking levels in that class would only serve to split up the focus of your character and make him weaker in general. Ultimately this is the problem with multiclassing for everyone. You really have to have a idea in mind to multiclass and still have an effective character to play.
I would also recommend you not multiclass when you are a new player. D&D is complicated enough without trying to stack things up and adding classes can really throw a wrench in the mix. Learn to play the game first and once you feel comfortable with the rules then create your uber cool multiclassed whatever.
If the issue is that you just want to play a druid I would still recommend against it. Not trying to be a spoil sport here but using wildshape really requires a good handle on the rules. If you are not prepared then understanding what forms you can change into and what they do will bring the whole game to a halt every time. I guarantee that will not be fun for anyone.
If you are determined to be a druid then I suggest you start from scratch and roll up a new character and then be sure to do your homework and reread wild shape a few times. There are lots of resources online for help with wild shape. Here is a nice breakdown of what shapes you can take at what level - https://rpggeek.com/thread/1295985/beast-shapes-druid-level
