The Disk itself, that is. Basically, I'm trying to find a way to finagle it such that I can load the Disk with stuff and then Catapult it. Ideally I'd like to load the party tank onto it and YEET them at enemies. Could this work?
Tenser's floating disk is a plane of force, which I don't think would qualify as an object. Catapult only targets objects. I'd say the combo doesn't work. Even if the disk were an object, though, it'd be unreasonable to assume that it weighs between 1 and 5 pounds due to the lack of explanation in the spell itself.

Telekinesis or Bigby's Hand both spring to mind. They are both good uses of your concentration and allow you to move your tank outside of their turn and without provoking opportunity attacks.
*Edit* Telekinesis would cause your tank to be Restrained until the end of your next turn though, so scratch that.
Unfortunately, the Fastball Special is not a move D&D is equipped to facilitate. Purely for the purposes of jumping the tank into the enemy's ranks on your turn, I suggest Vortex Warp
I can imagine the party Tank getting on the disk, the disk being catapulted, and the tank hanging in mid air, Wile E Coyote-style for a moment and then falling to the ground in the same space they started in, lol.
But I would agree, the disk has no weight and probably not an object so wouldn’t work as intended.
It can carry 300 pounds. I don`t think it ways anything itself.
It can actually carry 500lb, but I agree for several reasons it cannot be catapulted.
Other possible reasons
The Disk is immobile while it is within 20feet of you: So it can not be moved by catapult
If you move move than 100 feet from the disk the spell ends so even if you rule immobile only means it doesn't move without any other agent acting on it it probably disappears if it is ever more than 100ft from the caster (though strictly speaking the wording is if the caster moves if the disk moves but this might be because the disk moving 100ft away from the caster is impossible from the point above)

I just want to mention this, because it's a great tactic. I've been playing as an Artificer and in our games we have a Dwarf fighter, who occasionally struggles to catch up with distant enemies thanks to her 25 foot walk speed, but a quick Vortex Warp solves that problem. As an Artificer, I flavored it as basically firing a Portal Gun, but I think reflavoring it as a launcher would be largely accepted.

Oh, that makes sense. I'm sad about it :( Any ideas on how I might go about Catapulting the tank into enemies then?

A Tenser's floating disk has no indicated weight so how much, if any, would be up to DM.

That should be solved by dropping concentration though.
