In the Glory of the Giants there is a gargantuan creature called the Gigant that has a recharge ability called Scale Dust. I read it as poisoning you even if you make your save if poisoned you cannot heal.
Yes, it is a CR 20 creature, but no healing even if you make your save? Is that overpowered?
It does indeed say you're poisoned on a success or failure; fortuitously, by this level casting Lesser Restoration is not a significant resource drain, and there's several classes with abilities to end or prevent the poisoned status. Consider it incentive for the party to position themselves tactically.

It's rare to see the poisoned condition applied on a successful save and it's very potent as it prevent healing while affected but i don't think it's overpowered unless a party is significantly underpowered, outnumbered and have no access to spells or magic item that can remove the poisoned condition somehow.
