A spell that require concentration, stop working if caster dont have line of sight or line or effect from target? Like walls of somethings or hunter's Mark? And if caster go to another Plane or put some miles from target?
No, line of sight/clear path to target is only required when casting the spell (unless the spell has an explicit exception stated in its description).
Concentration only ends under the following conditions by default:
Another Concentration Effect. You lose Concentration on an effect the moment you start casting a spell that requires Concentration or activate another effect that requires Concentration.
Damage. If you take damage, you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw to maintain Concentration. The DC equals 10 or half the damage taken (round down), whichever number is higher, up to a maximum DC of 30.
Incapacitated or Dead. Your Concentration ends if you have the Incapacitated condition or you die.
If a spell or other game effect has additional conditions for ending concentration, it'll say so

Just to clarify, technically it's when you release the spell, because Targets are part of the effects of a spell.
I don't know why the 2014 SAC answer wasn't included in the 2024 SAC :(
You don’t need to be within line of sight or within range to maintain Concentration on a spell unless a spell’s description or other game feature says otherwise.

A fun way to use this is to cast a concentration spell into a small room with monsters then lock the door. So if the Warlock casts Hunger of Hadar then the Wizard casts Arcane Lock on the only door, you now have a bunch of monsters trapped in an AOE with no way out.

EDIT: including the next answer for completeness
Regarding the OP, there's also a related answer in the SAC:
