Does the temporary hitpoints stack up at the start of each of your turns or does it replenish the temporary hitpoints at start of each of your turns..?
A willing creature you touch is imbued with bravery. Until the spell ends, the creature is immune to being frightened and gains temporary hit points equal to your spellcasting ability modifier at the start of each of its turns. When the spell ends, the target loses any remaining temporary hit points from this spell.
Temporary HP does not stack; you can only have temp HP from a single source at a time.
"If you have temporary hit points and receive more of them, you decide whether to keep the ones you have or to gain the new ones. For example, if a spell grants you 12 temporary hit points when you already have 10, you can have 12 or 10, not 22."
So yes, you receive them at the start of your turn, and they replenish each turn. They would not stack.
Example: The Paladin casts Heroism on you. The Paladin's spellcasting ability modifier (CHA) is +3, so you get 3 temp HP at the start of your next turn (call it turn 1). You use your turn, then get hit and take 5 damage so you lose your temp HP and some actual HP. Then, at the start of your following turn (turn 2), you regain that 3 temp HP -- assuming concentration was not broken. You don't take damage between your second turn and your third turn (turn 3) though. You still receive 3 temp HP, but it replaces the old temp HP, it does NOT stack with it. (Technically, you can choose which temp HP to take, but in this case they are equal so it does not matter.)
