Zalin, the former Queen of Lust, went to a distant world looking for a distraction from the boredom of ruling a Circle of Hell. On this world, she met Theod Silmar, a former human soldier running from a pair of dark-elf bandits who met their ends at his hands. At the sight of his bravery, Zalin planned to strike a bargain with him and steal his soul, but instead fell in love with the warrior. They would eventually have a son named Davoth, whose birth immediately rocked the balance of power between Heaven and Hell.
Satan, as soon as he sensed the shift, went to where Zalin had given birth, murdered Theod, and dragged Zalin and her son back to Hell. He stripped Zalin of her title and most of her powers, sending Davoth to his court scientist and sorcerer, Samael. Samael spent eighteen years experimenting on the boy, transforming him into a rage-filled youth who burned with a desire to take revenge on the demons who’d imprisoned him. One of his experiments was to fuse Davoth’s DNA with Raziel, a fallen angel whose soul had been trapped in a vat of liquid metal that Davoth would wear as a suit of living, transmuting armor.
On his eighteenth birthday, Samael completed his experimentation by exposing Davoth to a massive amount of satanael, a new energy source Samael had spent the past few decades testing. The energy reacted with Davoth’s hybrid physiology, massively increasing his strength, reflexes, agility, endurance, and regeneration. The tradeoff for this was that Davoth’s inherent demonic rage increased hundredfold.
The energy boost was the catalyst for Davoth’s escape from Hell. Killing Samael with his bare hands, Davoth stole a bonesaw from his captor and made his way through Hell, tearing everything in his past to pieces. Before escaping Hell, however, his mother gave him one last gift–his father’s shotgun, infused with Hell energy and much more powerful than the norm. But Satan caught up to Davoth, severely injuring Zalin as Davoth made his escape.
Now Davoth is in a new world, with new people and new threats. But as long as he lives, he is a threat to Satan and Hell itself. He has a mission now:
First of all, you need to play The Ancients Gods part 1 and 2 to understand everything about Davoth, but I will explain what I can here. Davoth of the TRUE father, the creator of everything. Jekkad (Hell) is the original realm, with the Maykrs and Urdak coming second. Davoth wanted immortality for his people, as he did not seeing like their suffering. The Maykrs believed Davoth would threaten everything, and so they betrayed Davoth. One of the Maykrs became “The Father” and Jekkad was somehow sealed off . Now here is a quote from Davoth, also known as satan himself. “Now you see, Slayer. Immora, and its people, would have been perfect, if not for the treachery of my servants. They stole my power, and name, and now the time has come for a reckoning. As all things were made by my hand, so shall they unmade. starting with you!” Davoth, The Ancient Gods: part 2
Okay, I know how Davoth works (playing DOOM: Eternal now, loving every minute of it). I just took the name -- my character has no actual relation to Davoth from the Doom Games.
