A world at war with narrow streets and tall buildings. Two twin kings fight for power. Civilians fight for each side. But when people go to sleep they wake up in a new world where you have a task. The older you get the harder the task. But there is a source of evil coming from one of the rulers castles.
Edit: thank you all for giving me advice this is my first campaign I am DMing. Thank you!
What do you mean a new world, and what kind of task? Is it related to war? How does it get harder? Physically, morally?
You say the citizens fight each other - is there a standing army on either side, or is it just civilians in the streets?
If there's a source of evil coming from one of the rulers, then wouldn't most reasonable people assume that the evil one is the bad one and fight against them?

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?

I think it needs way more details to give it feedback. Until then, that's my feedback. :)

What is the significance of the tall buildings and narrow streets?
How long would the players be there? Because it seems oddly specific when the next thing that happens - is they fall asleep and they're in a new world.
And when you say a new task? What kind of task?
Do you awaken after the task is done and return back to the tall buildings and narrow streets area?
If so - why insert the "fall asleep and go here to this other world"
Is there a purpose for it? You mention magic from one of the castles?
Is the evil behind the teleporting?
Is the good side?
Why is the teleporting happening?
Other than just being "mysterious" - if it's just for "ohh ahhh" factor - I'd say keep it in the one setting so you don't need to double down on lore or expanding two totally different areas.
Just have the party being asked to complete whatever task by the Royal King (of one of the sides, or both sides, as they try to figure out which side is the evil/wrong one).
