Below is all i've done and it may seem silly but I would like others opinions and how I can give it more depth or make it fit more into the D&D world, and yes its meant to be a powerful encounter race that's not playable... let me have my power fantasy... but yeah I appreciate any opinions or critisim and if you must know im still new to playing D&D myself so a lot of lore reading to be done. (Also not sure if this is right place to post this).

Baleful Humaness – (Variant Human)
Names
Baleful names are often gender neutral and simple and hold little value in their society other than a label.

Age – Unlike average humans they mature by the age of 15 maintaining a youthful appearance up until they die, somewhere between 150 – 200 years old they will without warning die turning to green dust, as such they will return prior to the age of 150 and as such won’t be encountered on the battlefield at or above this ages.
Size – Their height and build appear identical to regular humans and are medium size but they have toned muscles.
Weight – Due to their densely packed muscles they are 130lb -150lb.
Ability Score Increase – This race receives both a flat -10 to all stats from universe suppression and due to their race being a mutation they also receive a further -1 to all stats.
Language – This race is capable of speaking, reading and writing Common. Due to its Innate Linguistic Trait it has the chance to understand what someone speaking in a language it doesn’t know is trying to tell or ask of them.
Religion – The entirety of this race tolerates gods and their worshippers but they actually hate they themselves hate the idea of worshipping or making pacts with gods or otherworldly beings and suffer the Void Curse that forces them to have to pray to the Void once every 3 months or risk dying, this curse also prevents any ties to gods or otherworldly beings.
Full Info on this Homebrew race
This race is a passion project of mine and isn’t meant to be playable instead being a rare encounter in hostile environments, the rarity of which is up to the dungeon master to decide and is undoubtably an overpowered existence being few in numbers. They can be encountered in numbers no greater than five forming a squad of soldiers, their hidden fortress bases are the only exception but should be even harder to encounter.
The Baleful Humaness are remnants of a fallen human race brought to this universe by “The Void”, an entity they grudgingly must pray to once every three months in a harsh environment of their life will begin to drain away (-10 points every in-game day) and upon death their soul will be taken by it but due to its tight grasp on their souls of which they call “Void Curse” they are immune to any attack on the soul. Their people have distinctly white hair and green iris but beyond that they appear to be like a human with average looks, due to the mutation they race is afflicted with men are beyond rare and as such only female soldiers will be encountered. They have a distinct tattoo on one of their cheeks depicting a circle and three arrows but are generally unique to each member of this race, it is also a dark green colour and symbol to the symbols of their armour.
Their stats are visible only to Gods, demi-gods and legendary beings or creatures and as such some worshipers of gods can receive this information from their respective gods but beyond that it is considered impossible to know their stats for certain. For this race and those who can see their stats they possess a natural 24 in all stats but face suppression from the universe itself due to their foreign origin supressing their stats to a flat 14, their stats also receive a flat -1 due to their being a mutation giving them all a base stat of 13 in all abilities.
This race possesses three resistances being Soul Resistance, Psionic Resistance and Magic Resistance however the first resistances has no affect as their Void Curse renders them completely immune to soul attacks. The Psionic Resistance and Magic Resistance preform the same functions as both reduce all damage done in their respective fields by half the roll and if the players d20 roll to hit a member of this race is below 6 they will have to roll for damage of that spell and receive it as a rebound due to these resistances. This race also possesses the unique trait “Innate Linguistics” and must roll a D20 whenever listening to a conversation in a language they don’t know, if they roll below a 11 nothing happens but if they roll above a 10 they will understand the intent of the speakers until the conversation ends.
This race is also defined by its blatant Xenophobic of all other races but Humans, because of this human receive an advantage outside of combat when interacting with this race while those who aren’t human receive a disadvantage. Those who are half human can interact with this race without any advantage or debuff but will be able to tell this race is looking at them with pity, humans will notice a warm smile from their interactions and those who aren’t human will clearly see the look of disgust painted on the face of this race when interacting with them. The only exception to all these is demons, devils and anyone who has blood or powers connected to these two species, no amount of disguises or trickery can hide these traits from the eyes of the Baleful Humaness race which will begin a fight to the death the moment such individuals come into their line of sight.
This race also wears a strange mesh armour that appears like a form fitting cut of leather beneath a suit of finely crafted plate armour with otherworldly symbols carved into it with a dark green, this armour has only half the AC rating of ordinary plate armour but negates all magic or psionic status affect skills. This essentially means while you can inflict damage with these magic or psionic attacks anything that would affect the state of their mind or bodies will be completely negated, this armour is also soul bound to the wearer and will crumble upon their death in useless scrape metal and leather. This armour is a fully suit from the boots all the way up to the helm and is distinctly black, upon destruction it will crumble into normal coloured iron with no magical traces remaining. Their fingers are probably the most finely crafted part of the armour allowing the wearer the use of rings but due to the properties of this armour their affects are negated and as such only bracers used for melee combat are worn over the gauntlets fingers.
Race Restrictions
Thy can only wear the above-mentioned armour and never remove it while away from their hidden fortress towns, they can have accessory items such as cloaks, bags or other external items and are also able to remove their helms to use head or facial accessories but all magical affects will be negated.
They cannot be bard due to being both tone deaf and musically ********, they do however enjoy listening to music in their free time if they can.
They cannot be paladin due to the Void Curse, and even if they could they don’t like the idea of worshipping or having any strong ties to gods or otherworldly beings.
They cannot be warlocks due to the Void Curse, and even if they could they don’t like the idea of worshipping or having any strong ties to gods or otherworldly beings.
They cannot be Clerics due to the Void Curse, and even if they could they don’t like the idea of worshipping or having any strong ties to gods or otherworldly beings.
It should be the main rule of thumb that any class that requires any ties to or pacts with a god or otherworldly beings cannot be picked by this race.
While they can be Druids they must choose to venerate the forces of nature as their Void Curse prevents them from any ties to gods or otherworldly beings.
Any Psionic or magic attack damage by this race is reduced by half.
Any Psionic or magic spells or abilities are doubled their stated amounts, can’t use them any more in a turn than the class indicates.
This race must start with level 10 fighter and at character level 1 and must pick another class upon level up to dual class, they cannot choose a third talent until both their current class levels add up to 20.
Despite their class choices this race doesn’t have any proficiencies gaining no such advantages due to the suppression they face.
Cannot interact with demons, devils or anyone with ties such as powers granted by either of them or a bloodline tied to them even if they are half human and as such all of these cases will be attacked the moment they come into line of sight with no room for negotiation.
If one of this race happens to be with a party under any circumstances when it receives experience it needs twice the experience a player of its level would to reach its next level up.
If any of this race is convinced to accompany a party it should be Controlled by the DM only and no more than one can be present until the current one leaves the party, no amount of skills can convince them and they won’t lead the party back to their base or reveal any often be tight lipped about their own race and information related to it.
Extra info (They are capable of becoming, Fighters, Rogue, Rangers, Wizard, druid and barbarian).
This race lives in a strict military dictatorship and are extremely prideful of their militaristic nature being disciplined in warfare which is why their abilities when arriving in this universe transferred easily into the level 10 fighter class, however due to the universe suppression they find it twice as hard to level up as any regular inhabitant of this universe would but they are almost instinctively feared by psionics and magic users and creatures. This race is highly detached from the events of this universe and often establish themselves in the most horrific and deadly environments, this is a developed nature as their race was forged through hardship and suffering and had survived through it.
If this race encounters a male human that doesn’t worship any god or have any ties to otherworldly beings they will attempt to seduce or lure him into returning with them as men are considered beyond rare due to their low male birth rate and regular human are compatible with them so long as they aren’t connected to a god or otherworldly being. The descends born through this type of union will still be pure Baleful Humaness as the mutation afflicted them is too powerful and further locked in place by the Void Curse their kind all have, they must also go to quiet a bit of effort to lure such candidates for a union as their looks are always average and contain scars so they often seduce or in rare cases travel along side such individuals to slowly work their way into that men’s heart.
Their hidden Fortress towns may have an odd title but these are impressive bases of operation with all its amenities built in and are nightmarish networks of tunnels that can confuse outsiders, the bulk of it often extends deep underground. These structures can house a population of several thousand but the exact number of Baleful Humaness present is concealed from even the gods by the Void Curse all of this race is afflicted with, their people will rarely leave in numbers greater than five to conduct missions. Several of these hidden fortress towns can be found on nearly ever plane in the most harsh regions imaginable.
The Baleful Humaness have only ever assembled a Legion sized force once, this is an army of 1,000 to 3,000 baleful humanness. This event was said to be a battle against a great number of powerful daemons and is the reason their races name is whispered fearfully by demon or devil.
Thanks for taking your time to read this power fantasy race of mine.
This seems overly complicated and contradictory. Their psionic damage is halved, then doubled? 24 in every stat except actually 13? Stats are an abstract concept, so something being able to "see" a stat seems like it wouldn't matter as that is not usually information that is given out. I like the story behind the race.
