Back in 2003-2004, we used the Neverwinter Nights engine to create a permadeath role-playing persistent world (server) for DnD fanatics who prefer low-levels, community-oriented storytelling and we unabashedly featured true permadeath. So here is the video I made, feel free to discuss/post replies whether here or in youtube. It is really is just a story I'd like people to hear about in terms of what's possible with the right tools, people and technology and how we made it happen.
