It is a very complex quest, some of the traps and the various rooms have complicated mechanics. Make sure that you prep and pre-read so that you fully understand each area. Trying to do it on the fly will be difficult and get quite messy.
It can feel like a slog, the players can unknowingly double the campaign length (which might be ok!) by taking a wrong turn in the jungle or misunderstanding a clue.
The jungle itself can be repetitive. Have some planned “random” events to break up combat and survival stuff, and decide how much you and your players want to use the typical survival rules.
Give your characters a sense of urgency and connection to their cause. It’s easy to forget why you’re on this path due to the lack of NPC reminders or story stepping-stones that many stories have.
Finally, be careful with the NPCs that might join the party. Their combat ability vary wildly from “useless” to “better than the whole party combined” (Azaka, Eku(ish), Artus, Dragonbait, Lukanu, just to name the ones that spring to mind).
