What subclass and level? Any information on the campaign? Do you know what you will be facing? A moon druid spending nearly all their time in wildshape will not be able to use items of great use to other subclasses.
For the "others" are there any restrictions such as rareity.
Obviously, the Robe of Stars. +1 to all Saving Throws? Up to 6 free castings of 5th level Magic Missile Daily? Free Extraplanar travel?
That said... it's a Very Rare item. It'd be great to have it, but you're gonna need a pretty generous DM if they're just going to straight up give it to you.
Out of the two more reasonable items, I'd go for the Ring of Evasion. A necklace of Adaptation looks nice, but as a Lizardfolk you can already just hold your breath for 15 minutes at a time, and that will get you through most situations where difficulties breathing become a problem.
If you can just elect other uncommon wondrous items, I suggest Insignia of Claws or Serpent Scale Armor. Insignia of Claws adds +1 to natural weapons and makes them magic, which is great for wild shapes. If your DM agrees that you can wear Serpent Scale Armor, which the item description says is made of shimmering scales, that gives you a better armor out of wild shape than any non-magical options, plus it allows full DEX bonus and no stealth disadvantage.
Both seem kind of lizardfolk appropriate in terms of a theme. In the absence of more information about your character, that’s the best I could do.
If you can get a Robe of Stars, take that. It’s a stellar choice. Otherwise, ask about one of my two suggestions that are uncommon wondrous items. Either would be a good choice for a druid and seem appropriate for a lizard folk.
if you do get the Robe of Stars, try to come up with a character defining back story for it. Is it a family heirloom? Tribal treasured item? A powerful item gifted from your Druid mentor? It also would make a lot of sense to be a Circle of Stars Druid to match the robe.
The robe of stars is far more powerful that the other items. To the point that I would say it is dangerous to have.
You wil be able to do about 25 points of damage up to 7 times a day. Without it you might have a 60% chance of doing an average of 8 so that is about 5 times as much damage. Even is you ar ethe only player with such a magical item it will be difficult for the DM to create encounters that ar ea challenge, without a very high risk of death. If that is the case the others will be complaining to the DM they your are more powerful than the rest of the party combined. If everyone in the party has an item of that power and challenging encounter will be be over in the first round with the victors being decided purely on initiative.
I am not a fan of level 1 characters having any magic items, having items such as the robe of stars breaks the game.

Amulet of Devout

Amulet of the devout is restricted to Clerics and Paladins

level 1 and no info on the campaign

It's a really weird question
necklace-of-adaptation uncommon
ring-of-evasion rare
robe-of-stars very rare
What is the context for this choice?
Have you looked into the item descriptions yourself?
What were your conclusions?
I would say the insignia of claws.
