I've seen the maps here in the SKT's chapters, but they all extra knowledge on them that the players shouldn't see yet. Like each room has a symbol on it that corresponds to something in the key.
I just downloaded this and played with it a bit. It seems to do what it does reasonably well, but falls short of the functionality and accessibility of Roll20.
When I did in person with a TV as a map, I would use Maptool. I would have my laptop set up, then another player would be on a pc/laptop connected via a local (non-internet) server connection. Maptool has line-of-sight fog of war revealing standard. The map being displayed on the TV was the player map from the player PC, and they could reveal fog of war by moving an "exploration token" around. This kept me from having to manually remove it all the time. When it was time for combat, we would size the map so that all the players could use minis that were placed directly on the TV and used it as a battlemap. And like others above, I downloaded the player maps from DnDBeyond.
Obviously this requires 2 PCs and the TV to pull off, but it worked well for me. My players like the line of sight fog reveal

We just built a box for my TV so that we can use it as a digital map.
My question is: What does everyone use for the digital maps? We are going through Storm King's Thunder and want to get the maps for that.
There are very few on YouTube and nothing specific for SKT. And we are playing in person so I'm not sure how well the map packs on Roll 20 would work.
Any help is appreciated.

Are there blank maps anywhere?
Check out this reddit about our set up - there's some great info in the conversation...

Thanks for the ideas!
