Just a pdf. I was wondering this myself but I was reading carefully through the unearthed arcana info and it actually specifically States that the rules variations will not be available anywhere on D&D beyond except for the pdf. In other words, if we want to incorporate them into our games, we have to do so manually. Not too much of a big deal, though it does make things a bit more difficult when it comes to incorporating some of the origin changes for those of us who are playing strictly online.

The races can largely be added using homebrew tools and a bit of patience.
Last night I built a human race and just added some traits labeled: Background: Skill, Background: Tool, Background: Feat, etc...
The feats ca also be added with relative ease as well.
I strongly suggest prepending your 1D&D custom stuff with a meaningful tag. I called my custom race "(1D&D) Human" and intend to match the setup with the rest in my collection.
This is a huge miss imho. How can we give it a fair review if we have to manually do everything to make it even work. Makes it ultra hard to spend the time for a simple testing for them. They should have made it an optional setup item for 1d&d playtest.
I mean, judging on the speed at which things like spell points have come, I'm kind of questioning about whether even the release version of 5.5 will be on here.

5.5 releases in 2024. They've got some overhaul to do before then.
With the rules in flux, it's likely that a lot of what we initially see won't be doable in Beyond past typing a description.

will the new One d&d stuff fully implemented into DND beyond so we can build characters with it or just simply a pdf ?
