Your early years were spent wracked by intense plague, only for you to miraculously survive the ordeal. Since then you have lived in near perfect health, but have become a fascinating target of study for many of the realms greatest minds, seeking you as their next lab experiment. Whether wanting to or not your life has seen mostly that of the inside of a laboratory, in fact more there than the typical world around you. Was your physiological change a gift from the gods, or some innate biological mutation? Do you seek answers for your mysterious salvation, or do you run from the scientific spotlight and hope to disappear from it all?

Skill Proficiencies: Medicine, Insight
Languages: Your choice of Elvish or Draconic.
Equipment: A set of common clothes, a backpack, a personal journal, and a pouch containing 5 gp.

Feature: Medical Anomaly

Due to your rare affliction-- or really lack of affliction-- you are the target of massive interest among academics, physicians, religious leaders, and other sages of high standing. When you encounter those of this profession, they may immediately take interest in you or may already be interested in you, possibly having heard of your case from a colleague. This can lead to provided shelter, meals, and/or favors in exchange for the occasional test for their research. If certain researchers are more than just curious, however, they may find other, more 'persuasive' ways of keeping you around to experiment on.

Additionally, due to your mysterious condition you are immune to Disease.
