The Haunted One background in the Official Character Background list from the Characters tab still lists it to have only one skill proficiency. Thankfully the character builder has the errata'd version of two skill proficiencies. I don't know about the Curse of Strahd digital compendium on D&D Beyond purchased content as I never bought it as I only ever played it as a PC.

Curse of Strahd compendium shows the errata version as well. So I think just the background listing page needs an update.
