In the items you list the Net in +1, 2, and 3 varieties, and in the description it claims it gives a +x bonus to attack and damage rolls, but a Net does no damage.
Well technically Net is a special weapon, and the +1 +2 and +3 versions are allowed to exist by the SRD (and yes with the correction on damage roll bonus).
I don't believe that is technically accurate. A nets damage type is bludgeoning and a vicious weapon just does an extra 2d6 damage of that damage type. A net normally does 0d bludgeoning damage, but this does not mean that vicious damage (2d6 bludgeoning damage) does not apply. The only change relating to a magic net is that the AC and HP of the net might no longer apply due to the high difficulty to destroy even lesser magic items and weapons.
huh well I guess that makes sense, but if that is the case for extra magic spell damage and extra magic damage I feel it should say all weapons except nets. Oh and correction the DMG 5e says a vicious on a roll of a natural 20 the weapon does an extra 7 damage of that type not 2d6. The DMG Errata version 1.1 does not mention a change, this could be a error.

Also Net (+1, +2, +3) don't exist in the SRD
Its all about having fun!

It is Vicious Net that should not exist.

Net. Filcat, is it supposed to have damage listed? I ask because my physical PHB doesn't list damage for a net.

My guess is that the Net shows the "damage" for coding necessity.
Regarding the vicious net, I can see that the explanation of GreySky makes sense. Still not 100% sure, it would be great to ask JC about this.
EDIT: I have found this tweet of JC that can help in this situation

"The intent is that the net does not do extra damage because it does not have a damage in the first place."
