Magic features such as the Archfey Patron warlock’s Fey Presence are not modified as they should be by magic items that increase spell save DC such as the Rod of the Pact Keeper, even though said features are explicitly reliant on the class spell save DC. I have tested this with the Wizard’s school of Enchantment, the Warlock’s Archfey Patron, the Rod of the Pact Keeper, and the Robe of the Archmage.
I have encountered the same problem with the Cantrips granted by Pact of the Tome.
"Your patron gives you a grimoire called a Book of Shadows. When you gain this feature, choose three cantrips from any class’s spell list (the three needn’t be from the same list). While the book is on your person, you can cast those cantrips at will. They don’t count against your number of cantrips known. If they don’t appear on the warlock spell list, they are nonetheless warlock spells for you."
I was making an NPC for a campaign and it has Pact of the Tome with Rod of the Pact Keeper and Robe of the Archmage, all other spells are DC 25 [8+6(Cha)+6(Prof)+3(Pact Keeper)+2(Archmage)]. However the ones from Pact of the Tome are DC 20 so the Rod and Robe are not effecting them.
Still running into this problem. These stat-boosting items, only change your numbers on the "Spells" tab, not in the Features tab. This is more important than ever with all the items from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything that boost class spell save DCs.
Still a problem, also with Arcane Grimoire and Enchantment Wizard's Hypnotic Gaze. I was going to go into a whole thing about whether this should work or not because the items say they increase "the saving throw DCs of your [class] spells" and we're mostly talking about features but with the Celestial and Pact of Tome examples above it should definitely work on those spells granted by the feature as they are specifically Warlock spells for you.
If a feature explicitly gives you a way to calculate the DC, then yes you would be right. Such as a battle masters maneuvers, where it is called your Maneuver save DC. But most spellcaster features say " make a ___ saving throw against your cleric/warlock/wizard/sorcerer spell save DC". So even though they are not spells, they directly benefit from any item that would increase your Spell Save DC.

I encountered this problem on a celestial warlock with the rod of the pact keeper. In this case, light and sacred flame have an incorrect save DC.

This is still an issue for the school of enchantment wizards hypnotic gaze as of 2023.
Yep, still a thing 6/21/2023. Was trying out the Amulet of Devout on a light cleric, but it doesn't affect their ability DC's in the character sheet.
Is this even a bug? I thought class features do not count as "spells" so the "spell" save DC increase wouldn't affect them?
I could be wrong. I don't know the rules that well.
