Monsters, spells, etc. from the adventure are showing up, but even with searching I can't find the actual adventure. I searched for things like "sea of moving ice" and "council of waterdeep" but got nothing.
I'm still curious how to get there from clicking. For me the big 'Compendium' button doesn't have a drop down (unlike other buttons), and I don't see a link anywhere else.

Yeah it doesn't, you just have to click on it. It will then show the "Rules" & "Adventures" sections.
edit: Its funny that is the only section that doesn't have a drop down. Might be a bug.
Still not working. Here is the message I receive...
403 Forbidden
As you try to enter the 403rd level of the endless dungeon, the ancient dragon Rylzrayrth rises up to block your path. The dragon has forbidden you from traveling any further. In other words, you don’t have access to this page.

Can you try clearing your browser cache, then closing and restarting your browser?

I'm having a similar issue. I purchased the Sunless Citadel from TftYP, but I can only navigate to the adventure's marketplace page through the compendium. When I get to the Sunless Citadel page, it displays the magic items and monsters that I bought, but I can't find anyway to get to the actual adventure content.
I'm going to Compendium > TftYP > View Details on Sunless Citadel. Am I just missing where it takes you to the content instead of the marketplace page?

Same exact issue for me. I purchased the same thing and am getting the same result.
I made the purchase about an hour and a half ago; I have cleared my cache several times and I'm still not getting anything. I'm sure you're all working on it, and I know today must be insane for you all but I just wanted to chime in since it's been a little bit and still not working.
same issue with Tomb of Horrors. No amount of cache clearing works. Item does show unlocked though. Maybe an issue with the redirects for the module. i know launch days are stressful. I'm sure they'll get it sorted out soon.
Just commenting here for visibility, I bought White Plume, and I can't access it either, I saw that there are now direct links to the adventures in TyP when you go from compendium>adventures but going there gives a 403, If I go inside TyP, I get sent to the market place, but the view details only gives a synopsis not the actual content.

I bought only the Forge of Fury from the TftYP but when I go to 'https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures' and select the TftYP book it says access forbidden.
