The way I understand the boots' rules, wearing heavy armor shouldn't reduce my speed even if I don't meet the STR requirement. but it does. Am I understanding the rules wrong or is it a bug?
I made a custom homebrew item using the boots as a template and changed the second modifie to "Ignore - Heavy Armor Speed Reduction" and left everytyhing else the same. They work perfectly now :)

Has this been fixed, a character in my campaign had the same thing happen?
I can confirm that this bug exists now. Does the modifier Speed Reduction - Remove not work?
Edit: It looks like that modifier only works for Races, not Magic Items (I also tried Feats).

Still broken. Not working for my character either. Have to manually set speed currently.
