I tried that. Even on the preview page, a portion of my actions are never there so while it prints everything there, there's a line that says "...as a bonus action. This"
And that's it. Its like it has a character limit so it just puts on the sheet what it can and deletes the rest.
When you select the “Gift from the depths” Eldritch Invocation, you have to manually update your swimming speed. Can this be adjusted so that the speed is automatically applied after selecting the invocation, please?
I wish for eladrin there was a way to mark what season you are, if I forget to write it down after a long rest its hard to remember in the next session. Also why can't I select a season trait and flaw? would be nice if you could choose one for each season and have it change to correspond to my season.
This is actually a really handy minor feature that would be fantastic to see implemented.
Just a quick question about the character builder/sheet. I apologize if this is not the correct page or if this has been asked before. Why does the character generator not assist with height and weight calculations. The generator does a great job of everything else but then when I go to fill out my character description I have to pull a book out to see what the calculations are or go online to find them. Couldn't that information easily be handled on the race page of the generator?
It would be cool if the builder pulled information for height and weight when you're on the description page. Similar to how it suggests traits and flaws.

It's quite a niche request though, which is only useful for one race that was introduced in one expansion (and might not even be allowed in some campaigns), which may or may not be used once per long rest; and meanwhile would require an overhaul of several sections of the sheet (character builder, traits box, and the long rest dialog, at least) - if it's implemented, I can see it waaay below other required changes / fixes that affect more cases.
As a workaround, you could just list all your season traits in the traits box (prefixed by the season) and all your season flaws in the flaws, and use either the traits box or the notes section to mark your current season.
I don't know if this is a valid question here, but would it be possible to allow DMs to see details (Backgrounds, Bonds, Flaws, etc.) of character sheets shared with them? Besides that, the character sheets are great.
This is possible. if the DM also has a free account on DnDBeyond.com and has created a campaign. The player can then add their character to the campaign and the DM has full access to their character sheets. In a few games I play that's what I do.

I find this an issue most of the times. The characters are accessible but if I try to dig in deep, most of the builder sections are blocked off.
Ah that may be the case depending on paid content the player has. I have a master sub so when I join a campaign I also enable content sharing. That allows everyone (including DM) to have access to the same materials as myself. That DM has full access to my character sheet and can dig in all the way. Similarly, fellow players have access to the same content as myself to build out their characters.
I believe the cool thing about content sharing is that it shares content of all participants with everyone. So if one person has a player's handbook, another the DMG, another the monster manual, everyone gets all 3.
In my case I have the legendary bundle (which is up to date) so that means access to everyone to all content.
In your case, if digging is needed and the DM doesn't have access to content (via sharing or their own account). Then I think the only recourse atm, is saving a PDF and sending it to DM.
I don't think DnDBeyond would ever allow a sharing link that let's someone have full access to a character. It would sorta defeat the business model they have in place. As one "uber" person could dole out characters to any and everyone for profit (or not).

When adding equipment to the character sheet could there be a "Buy" button beside the "Add" button. So that currency is subtracted (and the item added to inventory) where applicable?

YES! it really needs that
While I also support this, it would actually need two more steps to do first.
Currently the "subtract money" functionality is flawed, as it cannot "break up" higher currency - if you have 2gp 2sp, and you want to spend 5sp, it leaves you with 2gp 0sp instead of 1gp 7sp. Not to mention how to know how to spend 5sp when you have 1gp and 300cp. Also you could be in a campaign where the currency rates are different, or some currencies are not used at all (I'm looking at you, electrum pieces). So there should be a way to adjust these - but then again, that would be a campaign level setting, that is currently not available.
So the earliest I see this could happen would be after more elaborate campaign management is added. Until then, use a spreadsheet of your choice to calculate expenses and leftover money - I have cooked up a neat little thing in google sheets in about 5 minutes just for this purpose.

While I appreciate custom currencies in campaigns. I think it's fair to ask for such a functionality as it works out of the book. I also respect, that their current "math" is broken when it comes to giving change. But I'm less worried about how with my request. It's the outcome I'm focused on. Instituting subtraction or addition with boundary checking is pretty basic. I understand if it's not a priority (sometimes the juice is not worth the squeeze).
Heck I get it, in theory you could scope creep this request to include custom currencies and prices. Where the DM can go in and override prices on everything (even magical items or regular items with no prices associated with them).
The "Add" functionality works great for those who have to manual math, spreadsheet, barter for groups of goods in bulk etc. But the level 1 who has little/no negotiating power just needs to a simple by the book "Buy" and "Sell" button imo. It's great even for those say starting a campaign at level 5 and just want more of the basic stuff (pots, pans, soap :P).

Still doesn't solve the spending 5sp from 1gp 200cp question. ;) And while they might be working on this already, this is just a "comfortable" shortcut for a functionality that already exists (i.e. you can add items and you can adjust your money accordingly", meanwhile there is a long list of bugs and missing functionalities they are working on.
Tl;dr: as I said, while I support this idea, I can't see it happening in the near future until certain other functionality is implemented correctly.

Fantastic! I love it you guys put in a lot of work and it shows.
Things that would make it even better:
-Invertable color scheme for white background, more of a dark evil back , that is also easier on the eyes if ur dming in a dark room for halloween or mood or whatever.
-Section for Larger Character Image in description tab. So players can put a full sized image of what they look like for DM reference or vieers if they are on public.
-Custom carry max weight.
-Custom spell slots.
-Allowing ability scores and hit points to exceed 30 and 999. Homebrew gets crazy, please allow us to be crazy lol.
Regardless u guys are amazing! We all appreciate your work!!
This is just a curious inquiry but it appears green flame blade is not calculating correctly. As per the spell description it supposed to get a 1d8 increase at 5th and then again at 11th and 17th (basically every 6 levels after 5th). So shouldn't it be 4d8 by 17th and not 3d8? Again this is just an observation and I am sure someone else has already caught it. To be honest I don't know why they wrote the spell that way almost every other cantrip is written with the level it increases and then in parentheses # of dice you would roll. Thank you I love the way this works on my iPad too btw.

The primary damage is 0d8 at level one...so 3d8 at 17 is right. The secondary damage (leaping) starts with 1d8 and increases to 4d8, but since it's situational. Because of such, it might be misleading to include situational damage with an abbreviated spell description.
Found a bug, I think/hope. I would like to make a typical (Ability Score Increase or Feat) feature as a racial trait. For this "trait", I make the "option" and the "modifiers" for each with the GUI. It almost works perfectly. The only problem is that the feat picker (when the feat option is chosen, obviously) does NOT populate with feats. In my case, I was building a race off the Human (Variant).
Thanks for your attention to this matter!
