Found a bug, I think/hope. I would like to make a typical (Ability Score Increase or Feat) feature as a racial trait. For this "trait", I make the "option" and the "modifiers" for each with the GUI. It almost works perfectly. The only problem is that the feat picker (when the feat option is chosen, obviously) does NOT populate with feats. In my case, I was building a race off the Human (Variant).
I'm not sure what that means? In the race designer, the only thing that seems to be prerequisite related that is set-able is level. Anyway, NONE of the feats in the feats list show up. The "Choose a Feat" drop down is there, but has an empty list (other than the useless "Choose A Feat" default).

Quick question: Have you purchased any feats? If you have not the only feats available to you would be Grappler (which has a Strength prerequisite) and another which has a racial prerequisite as a Deep Gnome, so nothing would be showing for you.
You will need to purchase the Player's Handbook, individual feats, or homebrew feats into your collection in order to see them, if that is the case.
Yes. I own all compendium books. The list usually populates with 30-ish entries. The variant human feat list populates as normal. Also, during my various testings of this situation, I added in a normal Choose a Feat option (that is, not as an trait->option->modifier, but simply a trait->modifier), it worked fine. Something about being an option is causing it to fail. My current work around is to present both the Ability Increase dialog AND the feat dialog and I have to remember not to fill them both out...but the ideal would for it to be an EITHER OR, not an AND (this way, others might use it, as well, as intended).
One thing that would be great is if there was a temp mod option. Like when a shifter shifts or a barbarian rages. There's a check box but it seems to be a recordkeeping tool. If that could add your new stats based on the temporary situation, it would be awesome.

This is on the long-term road map. See "temporary effects system". :)
Well, I don't think the race trait option ASI/Feat (mentioned a few posts previously) for race is cockpit error, rather it is some kind of bug. If anyone cares to try to duplicate, these are the steps I took:
From main menu: Character => Races => Homebrew. Choose upper right button "Create a Race". Choose "Create Variant". Choose "Human" from "Select a race to create a new Variant for:" drop-down. Choose "Variant Human" from "Select an existing Variant as a template:" drop-down. Click "Create" button.
On "COPY_OF_Variant Human" page, select "Human" from the "RACE GROUP" drop-down. Choose "ADD A RACIAL TRAIT". For the "Name", "Snippet", and "Description" fields, type "ASI" in each. Click "Save".
Now, on the "Edit Racial Trait for COPY_OF_Variant Human" page, choose "ADD AN OPTION". On the "Add a Racial Trait Option to ASI" page, again type "ASI" into the "Name", "Snippet", and "Description" fields. Choose "Save". That takes us to the "Edit Racial Trait Option for ASI" page. Choose "ADD A MODIFIER". On the "Add a Modifier to ASI - ASI" page, choose MODIFIER TYPE: "Bonus" and MODIFIER SUBTYPE: "Choose an Ability Score". Enter "1" into the Fixed Value Field. Choose "Save". Back on the "Edit Racial Trait Option for ASI" page, click the gray "CANCEL" (next to the SAVE button).
Now, back on the "Edit Racial Trait for COPY_OF_Variant Human" page, choose "ADD AN OPTION" again. On the "Add a Racial Trait Option to ASI" page, type "Feat" into the "Name", "Snippet", and "Description" fields. Choose "Save". That takes us to the "Edit Racial Trait Option for ASI" page. Choose "ADD A MODIFIER". On the "Add a Modifier to ASI - Feat" page, choose MODIFIER TYPE: "Feat" and MODIFIER SUBTYPE: "Choose a Feat". Click the "SAVE" button.
On the "Edit Racial Trait Option for ASI" click "CANCEL" (gray colored). On "Edit Racial Trait for COPY_OF_Variant Human" page choose "CANCEL". On "COPY_OF_Variant Human" page, click "SAVE CHANGES" (seems this is necessary to push the changes onto the version available in the Character Builder).
To test: Make a new character using the "STANDARD" method. Engage the toggle for "Homebrew Content" on the HOME tab, to allow the new race to appear in the race selection screen. Go to Race tab and expand the Human group. Our homebrew race should be in the list of human choices. Choose it as a race. Now test the "ASI" trait. It will produce an Ability Score Increase picker if you choose "ASI". When you choose "Feat", the "Choose a Feat" drop-down will appear BUT IT WILL BE EMPTY. IMO, this is a bug.
If you go through and test this, confirming I have proceeded in a way that should produce intended results, then thank you! Please let devs know this is a bug.
What would be awesome would be a separately managed spell list that holds available "ritual only" spells. This character builder feature could also have another use for those who choose the "Ritual Caster" feat. Ideally, when exported to PDF, these spells would list in the "Source" column the spell book in question. Additionally, the cast "Time" column would offer "Ritual" or "Ritual Only" or just "R" or "RO" (whatever fits).

can you post here the link address of your homebrew variant race? and of the character?
If I tick the feat prerequisite on, it's still giving me the option to add a feat on the sheet page.
Feat prerequisites enforces the prerequisites individual feats have -- such as Strength of 13, or Light armor proficiency. It does not turn off the ability to add a feat from the character sheet.
Is there anything in the pipeline (or that exists and I am unaware of) where you can cede control of your character sheet to another player (NOT the DM) when you can’t make it to a session? Public just seems to let them view it...

I'm not certain if there are repercussions to XP etc, but there is a way to Unassign and Claim characters you've built on the Campaign screen. Maybe try it out with a test character first.
Life clerics don't automatically add their bonus healing to spells on the character sheets. Also, It would be nice if a long rest also healed all of the creatures or have a heal creatures feature. It's annoying to have to constantly heal creatures back to full health as a druid.
When I go on the builder of that character I see all the feats option coming on the drop menu. What are we talking about here?
When you check out the race tab on your character, you'll see "Old World Ability Score Increase (Level 2)". Your character has to be level 2 to pick this, btw. When you expand, you'll see "Choose a level 2 option" and "Choose a Feat". The "Choose a Feat" option is there merely as a work-around. The problem I'm having is with the Feat picker inside the "Choose a level 2 option". From that drop down choose "Feat". A second "Choose a Feat" picker will appear. This one is the one that doesn't work.
I tried to do some searching but is there any easy way to change how spells show on the exported character sheet? It is stupid that the online one shows damage and other useful info but then the exported one doesn't show something as simple as damage. Thanks.

Yes there is. When viewing your character sheet, go to the Spells tab, click a spell in your list. A pop-out appears from the right of the screen. This popout has a "Customize" choice. It has a field entitled Notes. Entering info there will translate to your PDF "Notes" column. As one of folks who requested this feature, I'm ecstatic to see it functioning (thanks DnDBeyond!).
Sadly, we can not use variables/macros in the Notes field (such as the ones listed in this thread: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/20734-list-of-macros-and-variables). If we could, we would have the ability to add a formula to calculate the number of damage dice, instead of having to review and change this everytime we level up. -------------> ENHANCEMENT REQUEST!

Did you check the feats' prerequisites?

Is there any plan to implement/fix 'Increase Spell Slot" in the Custom Feat options? The option is there, but doesnt appear to be useable.
