I agree with what Salseethrough suggested- it would be good to have a list of special traits - Undead Fortitude etc - you could choose from to save typing - and also be able to add homebrew traits to this list which would be really useful if you are creating a 'family' of monsters!
I have to say that I like the monster creation tool already, and it will be good to see more of the auto-calculation functions added to make it better! 😀
Any options to add homebrew backgrounds? I've got a bunch that I've been using from Hack & Slash that I'd love to be able to import into my sheets here.

They're working on it.

Hmm....couldn't help but notice that both Mariutti82 and Hero_of_Holios have submitted a homebrew creature with the exact same name (Wood Golem). Will there be anything in place to prevent people from submitting homebrew creations with the exact same name as current homebrew content that has already been submitted and approved?
Would be great if you could have the same list details for private homebrew monsters like you have for the public one (CR, type, tag, etc.). For now it seems your personal list only has the name and if it is a monster, spell, item, or character. Also, I have uploaded a small avatar for one test monster but it isn't showing in my private monster listings, either. Hope in the end the private and public listings will look the same and have the same functionality.
I only skimmed through the 10 pages of questions, so perhaps I missed this, but I am curious about homebrew classes, races, archetypes, and backgrounds. I have made several classes and races, and would love to upload them here, but there doesn't seem to be an option for it. Will this ever happen?

I'm sure someone has already mentioned this, but would it be possible to add "Author" as a sorting option for homebrew content? It would make navigating to content by authors that you like much much easier.

Classes? Or only subclasses? I've only seen subclasses mentioned so far.

AD
Subclasses.
The way 5e is designed, you're only likely to see Subclasses as homebrew, certainly within the immediate future - who knows what will happen further down the line though.
So, what's the recommendation for folks running Eberron who want to use some version of an Artificer? Or for those who want to try out the Mystic? Or for those who like the revised UA Ranger better than the PHB Ranger? The Ranger is the big one, for me, but the Mystic is also getting some interest in my group.
Completely different question: Will there be an ability to create custom mundane items? Most of my players' characters have something on them that's slightly non-standard, even if it's just something like "jaunty blue hat" or "signet ring of House Bronzeflame".

You can use the homebrew item creation to create mundane items if you desire. :)
As for classes - the Curse team are committed to adding all published 5e content.
Note that UA is playtest rules, rather than published content, but BadEye has said it will be possible to add UA content to your game in the future.

Granted. It's somewhat unsatisfying to see the custom item in blue, though. It shouldn't be that hard to add a "mundane item" category to the drop-down. That was actually what I expected.

Wow! It would be amaizing. Well i thought that it would be difficult because now text fields with manual editing are big part of monster description.

Do you like my Boots of Flying?
Would like to see custom languages - my homebrew world uses all custom languages.

I got the following error when trying to remove a homebrew copy of a monster on my phone:

As Silicoid pointed out a couple of pages ago... Not being able to put homebrew spells into a homebrew magic item is problematic.
