The world in which you live is in a state of peace, and it has been for some years. Things are nice, unless you thrive on war. The economy of every region in the land is booming, trade relations have never been better between the four cities of Naljada. People are, for the first time in a long time, enjoying life risk free from the troubles of constant battle and death. 

But a certain darkness broods over the lands, waiting to wreak havoc on those who think their lives will be like this forever. And soon... it will strike.

Me

 Hi there, my name is Ned. I’m a professional actor, voice actor and also a thoroughly bored student when I’m not on set. I’ve been playing DnD 5e for 4 years now, but my journey began on 4e, just a year prior. I’ve pretty much played with the same party for my entire experience, but with everyone going their separate ways for university I’ve been left at a loss of a good DnD fix. My group would fluctuate the DM on every campaign, so as well as playing, I’ve also been DMing for 5 years, just not every time. Even so, I have plenty of experience in the field. You may wonder “Why is this particular campaign paid when I could so easily play one for free?” Well let me tell you. Acting is a great job which I adore, but before you hit your big break it can also be extremely inconsistent. As a student, money is always an issue and I figure I can do things alongside acting and university. Either work a job I hate which ties me down, or do something I love and am passionate about. As most would, I’ve opted for the latter. This is a campaign I’ve poured my heart and soul into in order to ensure that you’re having the best experience possible. It will also have, potentially, one of the most epic finales you’ve ever been apart of in DnD should you play in a way that takes you there. This is a rich world you’ll be learning about which will be returned too in future campaigns should you wish to come back for another.

Game Details

I’m looking for two parties of 6 to take places in campaigns which are related but not physically connected… yet. So if you’re interested in the world but don’t make it into this party, keep your eyes out for my post looking for the next one! This will be a long campaign so I’m looking for players who can get behind one character consistently. The sessions for this party will run once a week, between 4-5 hours, through a discord server you’ll be invited to if you make it into the group, every Tuesday starting on September 11th at:
7pm EST, 4pm PST or 11pm GMT depending on where you are. Any nationality is welcome at my virtual table.

The first session will be a FREE TRIAL RUN to see if you and your party connect, and if you like the world. After that, each game will be $12 paid two hours before each session via PayPal. Not that I don’t trust the wonderful DnD community, it’s just a lot easier to keep track. It may seem expensive, but you're paying for the most immersive and detailed DnD experience money can buy I assure you.

These are homebrew games which will have a healthy blend of drama, combat, roleplay and comedy. I hope that's your type of game. I'm not implementing any new rules or regulations, so don't worry about or expect anything outside of the DMG and PHB.

Character Creation (Please create your character in DnD Beyond!)

All characters begin as Level 4 and progress via Milestone.
Characters stats are to be picked via the point buy system.
Should you have a great reason for it, with regards to weapons and spells I will let you have something outside of starting gear.
All other gear will be starting equipment.
No characters who are evil just for the sake of it. ******** are ok, as long as at heart you have a good reason for fighting the orcs.
Please come in with a good backstory! Pre-existing characters are absolutely fine so long as they are level 4 (Half-orcs are fine). Fleshed out characters only make the game a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved, but especially for me.

When she was younger she lived in a human village with her mother and step father, she didn't know what she was. One night her village was massacred and her family with it as her true father came to find her. Her father treated her like that of a servant forcing her to run errands and lure adventures to their doom. She now wears a mask to hide human features and give her faux horns.

My character once rode a dragon. She was a halfling and it was very large. She did some damage to it before falling off and now has it's eye.

Character Backstory: Oh Hello, You seem hurt. It may not seem like it but, I'm a man of the cloth. Lucky you! We crossed paths, you see I wonder from place to place helping those I come across. I spent my life in my village till a traveling priest came. His teachings inspired me and, lit a passion like no other. I beg and pleaded for him to take me with him and, let me become a cleric of Pan. I spent my youth as a child of Pan going from village to village helping every person we could. Later in the years, I was called on by the church to help with a crusade against undead sects. I become a true cleric and a man then. I was never one for violence but,  my duty called. Oh my, I've been rambling again. There your wounds are closed; have a safe journey Pan bless you

Favourite Ever D&D Moment: One time, In a campaign. assassins were trying to break into our room in an inn, well there were only two ways out the door and the window. It so happens that our fighter who was out to pick up some food was right there having a smoke. So I (a gold Dragonborn) shouted " Hey, Catch me". He looks at me confused as I leap out of the second-floor window. Two rolls were made; one for my jump and one for our fighter to catch me. TWO NAT 20's! I leap out the window golden scales gleaming in the moonlight falling into the sweet embrace of the fighter like a beautiful dace. we were shouting like little girls at the luck.

Character Backstory: Me? I saved my village in the woods when I was just 13! I had join people for quest, money, fame, and for much company.I am sorry if I come off as rude. I just don't seem to trust you. What I do requires precision and skill, But I still make mistakes like the rest of you. I sing, I laugh, I cry, and I mourn. I have a kind heart, people love me and will help me if needed. I also no the sorrows of the common life. My love was flogged and keep as a nasty dukes horse. I barely made it out with my little sister. My love is still alive, I just know it and my sister is in the safe hands of the druids. I search the land as a hero saving other centaurs from slavery and hopping to find my love in the next village. I don't know how long she will last.

Favorite Ever DnD Moment: So it was my second campaign. We just got to a village were every week they would host a giant gambling ring going on in the tavern. For some context we had something called the party fund and their was about 1,00 coins in there( we were like level 2 at the time). I wasn't there for the session but from what I had heard the person who was in charge of our party fund had bet and lost it. Then one of our most unlucky people. They were rolling below 10's before. Some how won back it all and doubled it. I was laughing my ass off because the original person said they were the most responsible person in the group.

D&D Background/Exp.: A few sessions years ago with my friends we usually played 2-3 times a week especially overnights on someones birthday. We never played the traditional ways with the books at first, it was up to me and two others to make campaigns such as our Bleach, Gundam, Pokemon, and our original 3.5 edition campaigns.
