In his rage he grips the Heated handle of his axe, the smell of singed flesh permeates the air as it seems to fuel him even more.
As a Note, because Uthirk used Reckless attack his last turn, EVERY Melee attack made against him this turn had Advantage against him. Grelin you may re-roll your attack once. Cadence even tho all three of your attacks hit, if you wish to. You may also roll again, in case of a Critical hit.

Grelin, I feel like something is off with your rolls. +2 to attack rolls dosent seem right. If you are attacking with your longsword, Which You are proficient with. It should be a +6 to hit.

Reigntail, I'm a little at a loss for how to handle the Sneak Attack and Blade Flourish features on these attacks, since they both get used / deal damage only in the event of a hit. I can use them a maximum of once per turn, so I don't want to add them to every attack, but if the first attack misses I would add them on a different attack. How would you like to handle this?
Generally, I think of sneak attack damage being applied on the first attack that Hits. So if you were to miss your first attack, you may apply it to your second.
See my below post for What I believe is the best way to handle Flourish in a PbP Setting.
Chronicles of Eon: Eon: Survival at Sea (Approaching End Game) Dungeon Master Eon: Scorched Skies (The Story has just Begun) Dungeon Master Eon: City Of Graves (Summer/Autumn 2019) Dungeon Master
It specifically says "if a weapon attack that you make as part of this action hits a creature, you can use one of the following Blade Flourish options of your choice." So it's conditional to the attack hitting - in other words if we were playing at a table, I would roll the attack and the DM would say if it hits or misses and then if it was a hit I would choose to add my Blade Flourish or not.
My only question was how to logistically handle it since there is no hit check in between rolling attack and damage and because with this character I can make multiple attacks in a round.
Ok, I've actually been really thinking about this because of what you said. There is no way for you to know if you hit until after the fact. Which is a major problem for your character.
I can only see one option, You do your Rolls normally and say which Flourish you would like to use during the attack. During the DM's/Monster's turn, I will specifically tell you If the Flourish happened, If it didnt. No harm, you do not lose a bardic Inspiration. If it does, During your next turn is when The Flourish comes into play regardless of Hit or Miss on your attacks during that turn.. Unfortunarely because of this Im going to have to limit a Flourish to Once every 2 rounds instead of every round. This is the best way I can see handling this in a PbP setting.

I'm really bad with things, but it said to add 2 to the roll, not 6.

I have discovered the Issue, You were adding the +2 for the weapons damage on your attack Not your +6 to hit. You are attacking using strength which is +2, then you add your proficiency bonus because you are proficient with the weapon so thats +4. Grand total of +6.
So your attacks get a +6 to hit and your damage gets a +2.

That really cuts down the usefulness of the feature. Can I make an alternate suggestion? I can make my attack rolls as normal without Sneak Attack Damage or Blade Flourish. If I'm using them, I'll do a separate damage roll in the same post. If the attack(s) hit, we can apply the damage. The only drawback is if one of the attacks is a critical, those won't be doubled. Maybe say if the first attack is a critical then the damage from either/both of those features is doubled? Thoughts?

(OOC This is how I've seen it done in other games. Roll all your potential damage, and the DM only applies it if it hits. As far as critical hits, you can double it, or if you see that it hits, you can roll in a separate post.
DM - I believe heat metal does full damage regardless of the saving through. The con save is only to see if the creature holds on to the heated item. I'll go by whatever you rule though.)
Frelon grits his teeth, hoisting his warhammer in his left hand and his shield in his right. "So that's how it's gonna be then. Don't say I didn't warn ye."
He utters another quick prayer and the axe flairs again. Bonus Action Heat Metal Level 2: 8 (DC 15 Con Save to hold on to axe.)
Then the stout dwarf rushes forward swinging for the torso of Uthirk. Attack: 13 Damage: 10 + On Hit - Divine Strike (Fire Damage): 2
(OOC Non-lethal damage)
