Born as the heir of one of the most noble houses of Elven Middle one could think that his life was one of leisure and pleasure. And it should had been if the Fall haven't changed it all. Whith the elves fighting for survival, Silvereye's family took the oath to protect and ease the suffering of the elves under its care. And they took that oath very seriously. Frandal's grandfather died protecting their forest and people, and his father took upon himself the duty to bring their people to porsperity again. Rise with a high sense of honor and duty, and among one of the most respected families of elven nobility, Frandal had been trained since his youth both in combat and magic. His manners are always correct, as for a heir of his noble linage should be. Still if he feels comfortable and among friends, he often relax and his fun side arises. He is still young after all. After years of training he seems a capable warrior and leader. But his father has send him to explore the world. He wants for his heir to learn about the other races of the world, to learn to trust someone who's not an elf, and to find if the rumors of something dark growing are true.
I'd say lower collectively 2 points, then it'd be more balanced in my opinion.
Sorry, I've been dealing with an upset 4 month-old for the past few hours, and my brain's a bit fried. Do you mean drop every stat by 2? Drop 2 points from one or one point from two stats? Drop by an average of two points (e.g., leave str at 19, but int goes down to 9)? I know this should be a lot simpler than I'm making it in my head.
Given I can't play the Aarakocra ranger, I'll play a druidic character. Can I use the half-elf variants from SCAG? I'f not, I'll play a regular one, but if I can, I'll take the Fleet of Foot trait.
(I was hoping to fluff the aarakocra as a winged dragonborn, if that changes your mind)
Sure, just make sure to notify me of what you're using.
So that's a yes to aarakocra refluffed as dragonborn gifted with wings?

My apologies for not being clear, you can drop 2 points as a whole from your collective sum. So say you dropped your dexterity and charisma by 1, or one score by two. However you wish to do it is up to you.
For your information, I have my own basic pantheon of gods that I use for this world:
In the bleak, desolate, and unforgiving plains of ice and rock, The Upper Rim is a world where people live in small pockets of "civilization" surrounded by seas of snow, ice, prey, predators, monsters and rival city-states. However, ruling over all of Phraxes, are the Ancients, great Exarchs of immense power whose fighting could shake the cosmos.
Ok, so until I can figure out how to drop in dice results (sorry, I swear I play totally honest!), here it is!

"I don't know where I was born or how I came to the temple. When I got older, they just said it was a blessing. When each child reaches their 7th spring, the High Priest anoints you, takes you by the head in both hands, and looks deep into your eyes. He says he sees the glow of Miru in all children. Then, he proclaims Wall or Hand. When it was my turn, he proclaimed 'Blessed'. The more senior members of the congregation cheered, my peers looked confused. I woke up the next morning to a metal boot in my side and an angry Senior Wall screaming 'Move, Brick!' Everyone was a Brick in their first three years. From there, they trained my body to defend, protect, fight, and endure. Walls were the protectors of the Hands on the battlefield. Normally, there was 1 Wall and 1 Brick assigned to 1 Hand and 1 Finger (the apprentice Hands). The Holy Mission is simple: Defend the weak, drive away the wicked, tend to the hurt, bless the dead. By twelve, I had seen combat twice, killed savages, animals, and soldiers alike, but never in anger. Walls and Bricks were shieldbearers for the healers.
At 13, I woke, went to Wall training, and was told it was time to move on. When I arrived, I was the youngest "finger" by years, so kept me separate to accelerate my instruction one-on-one. It started simply: cutting, stitching, mending, cauterizing. The lessons were as strainfull to my mind as Wall training was to my body. I learned the ways to kill painlessly and bring those on the brink back to life. After two years, I saw combat again as a Finger. The Hand I was paired with was felled by an arrow through his neck, so I had to save the wounded or get them out alive. It was then that I learned why the High Priest declared me Blessed. A gnoll slipped past a brick and charged. I had seen miracles and blessings, and they claimed what happened was amazing, but I don't remember a thing. When I woke up a minute later, the gnoll's head barely hung to its neck and I held a gore-caked shield sheathed in light. I was appointed as a Hand as well as a Wall and began learning the prayers to Miru which mend all wounds and fortify the body and soul."

Here he is in all his refluffed glory.
Backstory
Salleek was raised in a small community of other dragonborn. Unlike most dragonborn however, he manifested his draconic heritage through wing and claw, rather than breath weapons and elemental affinities. Unfortunately, one day, 5 years ago, his community was assaulted by a dragon, who unleashed their full power on the village, and only Salleek survived. Salleek believes that he was saved by the will of Morrow, and now wanders the wilderness of a land far from where he was raised, careful to help those who need it, and to stay free. Unfortunately, when the dragon attacked, his throat was damaged, and the repairs he went through damaged it even worse, and food is something he has trouble eating – all food tastes like ash and bile, regardless of how good it tastes.
With these, I can use Dex instead of Str and use the Martial Arts damage die
When taking an Attack action with these, I get one unarmed strike as a bonus action
Unarmored Defense (Monk 1, PHB 48)
Without armor and no shield, my AC is 10 + Dexterity modifier + Wisdom modifier
Ki (Monk 2, PHB 78) [3× per short rest]
I can spend ki to fuel special actions
I need to meditate for at least 30 min of a short rest for that short rest to restore ki
Unarmored Movement (Monk 2, PHB 78) [+10 ft]
Speed increases and eventually lets me traverse some surfaces without falling as I move
Deflect Missiles (Monk 3, PHB 78) [1d10 + 3 + Dexterity modifier; 1 ki to throw]
As a reaction, I can reduce ranged weapon attack damage done to me
If the damage is negated, I catch and may throw it back (20/60 ft) as a monk weapon
Hand Technique (Way of the Open Hand 3, PHB 79)
When I hit a creature with a Flurry of Blows attack I can do one of the following:
- It has to make a Dexterity save or be knocked prone
- It has to make a Strength save or I can push it up to 15 ft away from me
- It can't take reactions until the end of my next turn
Monk features:
Lose Unarmored Defense, Martial Arts, and Unarmored Movement with armor/shields
Flurry of Blows (Ki Feature, PHB 78) [1 ki point]
After taking the Attack action, I can make 2 unarmed attacks as a bonus action
Patient Defense (Ki Feature, PHB 78) [1 ki point]
As a bonus action, I can take the Dodge action
Step of the Wind (Ki Feature, PHB 78) [1 ki point]
As a bonus action, I can either Dash or Disengage; my jump distance doubles when I do so
Racial Traits:
Tabaxi (+2 Dexterity, +1 Charisma)
Cat's Claws: I can use my fanged claws to make unarmed strikes dealing 1d4 slashing damage. They also give me a climbing speed of 20 feet.
Feline Agility: When moving on my turn in combat, I can move double my speed. Once I do this, I can't do it again until I don't move at all on one of my turns.
Proficiencies:
Light armor, simple and other weapons
Languages:
Common, abyssal
Background and Characteristics:
Far Traveler – Wanderer
All Eyes on you - My accent, mannerisms, figures of speech all mark me as foreign. Curious glances are directed my way wherever I go. A nuisance, but I also gain the friendly interest of the curious. I can parley this attention into access I might not otherwise have, for me and my companions. Nobles, scholars, merchants, and guilds, might be among the interested.
Personality Traits: I have my own ideas about what is and is not food, and I find the eating habits of those around me fascinating, confusing, or revolting. I have different assumptions from those around me concerning personal space.
Ideals: Inquisitive. Everything is new, but I have a thirst to learn. (Neutral)
Bonds: I'm fascinated by the beauty and wonder of this new land
Flaws: I am secretly convinced of the superiority of my own culture over that of this foreign land.
Feats:
Mobile - When I use the Dash action, difficult terrain doesn't cost me extra movement that turn. When I make a melee attack against a creature, I don't provoke opportunity attacks from that creature for the rest of the turn, whether I hit or not. [+10 ft speed]
Description: Rammen is a lithe, graceful, athletic human with a jaguar-like head and a tail. He has beautiful thick fur that is white with black spots. He has sharp teeth and retractable claws, which are his primary weapons in combat. He is tall and slender, and has eyes of green.
And from Jeremy Crawford himself - tabaxi claws count as unarmed strikes - so they work with my monk skills (basically I can choose slashing or bludgeoning damage when I attack)
