Okay, we have 5 so I will start the adventure. I do have room for one more, so whoever get's their finished build in first will get the last spot. As I have said earlier, if you wanted a spot today and could not get one I will message you first when I start my next game. This is what we have so far:
It's the beginning of summer, fresh air and fresh growth surround you in this pleasant countryside. The hills are lush with growth and though the heat can be sometimes oppressive, it's still intoxicating to be in such fresh air from the dregs of the city of Neverwinter where you have embarked from. The birds are singing their songs of love and the wind is blowing from the southwest, warmly across your faces as you walk along the New Road.
You have been sent to the village of Oakhurst by your guild, Arnegax Co., to investigate the disappearance of an adventuring party. Two (2) members of that party were children to a woman, Kerowyn Hucrele. She sent out word that she needs a group to brave an ancient dwelling hidden in the woods and bring back her children, or word of their passing. She has asked that the party meets her at the Ol' Boar Inn and to ask Garon to get you situated until she can be summoned.
As you come into the area you see farms and farm houses scattered through the wilderness, and more so now that you are closer to the small village. Over a small hill, you see it, Oakhurst. There are building here gathered around a village square. As you walk into town the locals smile and say hello, they are kindly to strangers that they see. As you make your way to the village green, you see the Ol' Boar Inn. Laughter can be found inside and the smells of some fine country cooking.

Ivor stands before the Ol’ Boar Inn with the rest of his party, he is a large human in his late 20’s. His hair is shaggy brown, and flows in to his beard. Lines crease his brow around his piercing green eyes, a small smirk crosses his face as he reflects back on what brought him to this place. His cloak rests over his well-kept chainmail shirt, twin hand-axes are tucked in to his belt, and on his right shoulder rests his maul. Its oaken handle and wide iron head are weathered and scratched but it has been well taken care of. Ivor has walked a long road since he saved his village from those raiding goblins, but that victory came at a price, the lives of his wife and young son. Celebrated as a hero by his neighbors, he reluctantly accepted their accolades, but inside he was a broken man. Shortly after the raid, he left his village in an attempt to find that which was lost inside of him, he still wanders that road, helping where he can in exchange for food or shelter or the occasional paying job as a bodyguard. When he heard about the disappearance of an adventuring party near Oakhurst he decided to come and offer whatever services he might have. See, Ivor knows what it’s like to lose a child, and wishes that feeling on no one and this village reminds him of his own.
Evan never liked being in a village, or in any other city for that matter. Never had the need of civilisation. He was raised in the wilderness by a pack of wolves. For this reason, he is always quiet, letting speak facts and acts instead of words. He has been sent by his druidic circle, from a southern coastal location, to work with a guild about the investigation of missing adventurer, which might be connected to some disturbance in the land perceived by the circle's elders. Probably some would-be-great-hero kids, city-dwellers who can't handle themselves in the wild. As he approaches the inn, he nervously looks around, trying to avoid direct eye contact.

At the front of the group, a halfling leads, while strumming sweetly on her lyre. She's small, standing barely above 3 feet tall. She has long, curly, brown hair. There's a smile on her lips and a bounce in her step. She'd picked up this band of adventurers in... what city was that? She'd forgotten. All cities looked the same to her; filled with gold and possibilities. She loved that she was able to entertain this group for the short time she'd been with them. The fact that they hadn't abandoned her, or murdered her in her sleep, meant she was just going to continue to follow... or lead, for as long as they would allow her.
As they entered Oakhurst, she increased her flamboyancy, in the hopes of drawing a crowd, and some coin. She smiled at children, and winked at men and women alike. As they walked through town, she called out.
Come join us at the Ol' Boar Inn My friends and I you shall join Tales of grandeur I shall spin And perhaps help you part with your coin
The villagers of Oakhurst are impressed upon easily, halflings and humans make their ranks and about three (3) halflings and four (4) humans follows the group. Listening to the songs played by Bree, smiling and laughing. As you walk close to the Ol' Boar Inn the villagers give you a wide berth, as to not crowd strangers and to be respectful.
"What's all this fuss out here, I say." A burly man steps out of the Ol' Boar Inn, wearing an apron and a smile. "Well hello, friends. Welcome to Oakhurst and the Ol' Boar Inn. I say, welcome, welcome." He holds open the door and gestures possible guests into his establishment, smiling gently through the whiskers that covered his face. A fanciful mustache and a well-oiled beard, as was the custom in this part of the world.

Evan, impatient to spend the least time possible in an inn, asks the bearded man: "Please good man, Do you know a man by the name of Garon? We are expected."
Bree will just smile, and lead the villagers into the Inn, where she will stand atop a table, and continue to play and entertain, her mission temporarily forgotten.
"Why yes, I am he, I say." He smiles and puts out a large paw of a hand. "Welcome, welcome. C'mon in."
He walks inside the building and laughs at the joyous little halfling playing her songs. He walks behind his bar and wipes off the spot in front of him with a multicolored rag, "What will you have? An ale or some spiced wine. Both are delicious and worth the coin, I say."

The small crowd sits around Bree, enjoying the performance she is given to this small crowd. They clap and cheer at all the right places, smiling and singing with her. Some are making up words, some are rocking their heads.
The tavern itself is sparse, as is the case in any village. 5 large tables, 2 booths and a bar lined with 8 stools. It's weathered wood, grainy and slick with polish. There is a huge boar head above the mantle, with a fire burning down below.

Fin had been smiling to himself the entire time, he had finally began to have fun while not being in his temple. His friends were beginning to feel like family. He walks over to the barkeep, trying seem a bit taller, "I'll take some ale please," he says, "and what can you tell us about the job we are supposed to do."

Erabor stands well over 6 and a half feet tall, an imposing figure even without the web of scars that run all over his electric blue scales. He is dressed sparsely in a loose tunic and carries a shield and spear on his back. A strange length of rope dangling from his waist. He has an air of seriousness about him, his eyes ever squinting in the sun and a rare canine hanging out from his snout. He enters the tavern with the rest of the group.
The uncaring happiness of everyone around him puts him a bit on edge, especially the bard. "We are here for a reason, let's get on with it and be on our way. We can make merry once we are done and the children are safe.", he reminds everyone in the bar.

Welcome to the Game!
All things roll here: horrors of midnights,
Campaigns of a lost year,
Dungeons disturbed, and groves of lights;
Echoing on these shores, still clear,
Dead ecstasies of questing knights-
Yet how the wind revives us here!
