This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Grathart's patience is wearing thin, maybe not as thin as the Goliaths, but definitely thin. "Enough waiting, I embody the Fury of Nature!" with that he drops to his knees and begins to invoke one of his circles most sacred rights...
His mind travels back to his mountain homeland, a stream comes into view it's rocky bottom plainly seen through the crystal clear water. Grathart travels beside it, daydreaming of the revenge he would take upon any kin killers (his name for Gnolls) he finds, when he comes to the realization that he is being watched. Across the stream and only 30 feet away a monster of a Brown Bear fishing for salmon on the river. He immediately stops, his mind trying to determine whether he is up or down wind; eventually coming to the conclusion he is upwind. 1 step at a time he moves towards some nearby shrubbery, but then, a branch snaps beneath the weight of his step and the Bear looks right at him; the sound of the bears warning echoes through the caverns of Grathart's mind
"UHHRRAAAH" Grathart's hand turns to a giant brown paw and he lifts and stamps it back down on the ground, dust from the dirty city street buffeting out from around it, his claws pushing from inside paw to scrape across the cobblestone. His other hand follows and he can feel his spine begin to elongate, 1 foot, 2 feet, then faster, 5feet, 7feet, 9 feet, soon he is at the full 13ft length of the brown bear. He arches his newly elongated spine in reaction to the pain as he feels his skull begin to change shape, his ears moving to the top of his head, his jaw elongating into a muzzle his teeth falling out and being replaced with the razor sharp carnivorous teeth that begin protruding through his gums.
His armor, and weapons have all melded into his new form as his shoulder widen, his haunches enlarge, and his own short Dwarven legs change shape and form into short hind legs of his new Brown Bear form. He stands to his full height and roars, alerting to the Giants outside that what awaits inside is no mere Dwarf, but the full dominance of the natural world.
Grathart (Brown Bear Form)
AC: 16 (Barkskin is active)
HP: 4D10+12 :: 33
Speed 40 ft., climb 30 ft.
STR 19 :: DEX 10 :: CON 16 :: INT 10 :: WIS 18 :: CON 8
Multiattack: Grathart makes two attacks: one with his bite and one with its claws.
Bite: Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Claws: Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Keen Smell: Grathart has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Technically that is just a bonus action, however with no enemies to engage yet Grathart will simply join the Goliath at the front lines, and ready an action to attack the first enemy he see's.
Marshmellow just kinda stands there, jaw slack at this majestic brown bear that just appeared.....you think there might be little hearts floating above her head.
she lets out a roar as well though not as impressive, then snorts.
Erakas gets a weird feeling through his bond with Marshmellow - a combination of awe and inspiration, but he's too busy running up the stairs to look at what's going on in the courtyard.

OOC: HAHA! When i was rolling up this character I thought I might go elven with a snake theme, turning into a giant constrictor would have been fun. SNAKE SNAKE!!

The other giant, clearly confused by the irrational behaviour of her boss, tries to grapple her ( Giant1 Athletics check: 19, Giantess Athletics check: 13).
The giant attacked by his boss responds in kind: to hit 26, if hit, damage 13.
The wolves, due to loyalty to the giantess, attacks the bodyguard: to hit 24, if hit, damage 8, Giant2 DC 14 saving throw 22.
(OOC - damnit - I didn't expect the gates to open - that's why I ran upstairs with a bow :P I'm much more effective on the ground....how high are the walls again? can I jump down? :P)
Ren looks down from the tower and sees another bear, confused he asks Erakas, *How many bears do you have on standby?* He looks back across the field to the Giants, happy that his plan is working and knowing that these giants %$^#ed up messing with Bryn Shandar while he and his new companions were in town. He looks at the giant wolves and starts conjuring up another plan. Oh, yes, today is a great day for heroes!
