(Jimmop hiding will consume your action, but sneak attack dies not require you to be hidden if your allies are fighting your target in melee (within t feet))
(I presumed the orcs would act before we act again, but I also presumed Grond would act before Fah'lin and was waiting for that post before mine... Do you want us to post actions for round two now?)
Gijigume leaves Aeliarin standing by himself, but tries to interpose himself between friend and foe, as he closes with an orc and attempts to stab it with his rapier.

I’m waiting for Gijigume to respond. He listed his actions very early but circumstances changed and he goes just before the orcs. If he charges of to hit an orc then Aeliarin will be standing there alone with two unattended orcs to act.
Once it's my turn I'm going to stealth attack an orc with my short sword then with my monk abilities since I'm using a monk weapon and have no armor on I'm going to do an unarmed strike as a bonus action
12 Grond closes on another orc and hits with his battle axe Attack: 9 Damage: 11 He feels the need of that inspiration 2 and still misses
9 Fah'lin attacks the same orc as Grond for 4 hp damage
...
4 Orcs 1) asleep 4) 3 damage 5) 4 damage
... There are 6 of them (3 to each side) ...
(I'm a bit confused? The 4 is initiative. Orc 1 - 3 are off to the left. Orc 1 is asleep. Orcs 4 - 6 are off to the right. Orc 4 is "the nearest" Agija damaged it for 3. Orc 5 was missed by Grond and hit by Fah'lin for 4 damage. Is that all correct?)
If able, Fah'lin will react on the first opportunity. Sentinel: "When a creature within 5 feet of you makes an attack against a target other than you ... use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The orcs had set up an ambush for anyone following the wagon but it was not that successful (pretty crap actually) and all of you spotted them; even Gijigume who was focused on the tracks. There are 6 of them (3 to each side) armed with javelins and greataxes and are 30' back from the path with half cover from the trees.
When you post your actions use the dice roller for to hit and damage if you are attacking.
Round 1
23 Igneous throws his dagger an orc but misses. He closes on a target
17 Aeliarin casts sleep on a couple of orcs and one goes down
17 Agiha uses bardic inspiration on Grond then closes on the same orc as Igneous, hitting it for 3hp damage
12 Grond closes on another orc and hits with his battle axe Attack: 9 Damage: 11 He feels the need of that inspiration 2 and still misses
9 Fah'lin attacks the same orc as Grond for 4 hp damage
5 Gijigume closes on the orcs near the sleeping one and runs on through the throat killing it.
4 Orcs 1) asleep 2) dead 3) Sees the elf (Gijigume) kill his tribe-mate and attacks him Attack: 12 Damage: 15 4) 3 damage attacks Agiha Attack: 13 Damage: 12 5) 4 damage attacks Fah'lin Attack: 12 Damage: 15 and 6) attacks Aeliarin Attack: 14 Damage: 11
[Edit] I redid the damage rolls for the two orc attacks that hit and they both still do enough damage to take you out. See post further down where I explain combat dice rolling for dummies
Round 2
23 Igneous takes down his orc with a flurry of blows
17 Aeliarin Unconcious
17 Agiha Unconcious
12 Grond suddenly remembers that he's a Barbarian so he goes into a rage (D'oh) Attack: 21 Damage: 10 and takes out another orc
[Edit] Because I've been screwing with the dice formulas in this post it recalculated Grond's damage on the last edit, he actual did do enough damge to take out the orc.

You and Grond are on the same orc and it attacks you.
Igneous and Agiha are on the same orc and Agiha is down
Gijigume faces an orc alone
one orc stands over Aeliarin's unconscious body facing no one.
Okay I've been playing with the dice roller and found out that when you use the combat option and it asks for damage dice you type in 1d12 (for example) not 12 as I did for the orc attacks. If you just put a number then that's what you get in the output. So all those orc attacks did maximum damage. Um... sorry about that. Also. if you are doing an attack that has two different dice added together such as a sneak attack then you type the damage dice as 1d8 + 1d6. You MUST have the spaces around the plus sign.
