A centralized place for people to note dnd twitch streams seems like a good idea to me.
I don't play in this stream (yet), but I'd submit https://www.twitch.tv/lauralania as a fun dnd stream when she does actual dnd stuff. As a variety streamer, she does lots of games, but she also runs an underdark homebrew-ish campaign. 1 on 1 sessions in the world as she's created it, and occasional group sessions where players are encouraged to put their house above other players, are all good times.
That's my 1 recommendation, please leave yours below. I'd love to follow (and maybe sub) to more twitch streams doing DnD stuff.
So being in the military and constantly changing locations it's pretty hard to get in an actual D&D game so I stream or YouTube to get my fix! It seems like the starter of this thread wants only one so I'll mention just my favorite and that's definitely Critical Role! Just imagine a group of people versed in improv that do character voices for a living! Find it at http://www.twitch.tv/geekandsundry every Thursday night at 1900(7pm) Pacific Standard Time or catch up on YouTube!

She is a formidable one,” he said when Jarlaxle appeared at his side a moment later. “Dangerous and full of fire,” Jarlaxle agreed. “I might have to kill her.” “I might have to bed her.

Hey Rown64. Dunno if you've seen Maze Arcana yet but we play on Twitch from 1200 - 1900 PT (12-5p) and are close friends with the Geek & Sundry crew. We are over there with them a lot and Taliesin is actually one of our guests from time to time. In fact, Mercer personally picked Satine Phoenix to take over GM Tips. She's been friends with him for many years and is one of my players. Mostly, I mention because you said you're military and I, the DM, am too. Check us out if ya get the chance.
We also have a Monday game starting up with some WotC guys, called Peanut Gallery. You can find a couple episodes of that up already. On that show, two more of the guys are former military, too. That's from 1900 - 2200 PT (7-10p). All that on Twitch.tv/MazeArcana or YouTube or www.MazeArcana.com.
Forgive typoes. I'm on my phone. We're just landing in Chicago on our way to Gary Con. Should be fun!
Since Critical Role has already been mentioned, I'll recommend Yogscast's own D&D show, High Rollers, streamed every Sunday 5pm - 8pm BST over on https://www.twitch.tv/yogscast. The campaign is the DM, Mark Hulmes' own homebrew brainchild that is very entertaining and interesting, always leaving you wanting more, and the players do an excellent job with their characters and offer a range of different personalities that bring the story to life. Would highly recommend if you're a fan of Critical Role too!
Node on youtube is fun to watch, I'm not sure if they stream. I've also started watching Saving Throw on youtube (I believe they also stream on twitch)
Dice, Camera, Action! The format is pretty simple, but the story is excellent. It's officially run by WOTC, has Chris Perkins of Acquisitions Inc. as the DM, and features some pretty famous YouTubers/streamers as the main cast, with quite a few guest stars who are famous in their own rights. You can catch up on YouTube, and they stream Tuesdays on the official WOTC Twitch channel.

Then I guess it comes down to me to your itmeJP's RollPlay - a channel that runs multiple games on multiple systems. The current D&D offering is a homebrew 5E campaign called Court of Swords.
Their resident GM is Adam Koebel, also GM for Roll20 - one of the top "celebrity" GMs for my money.
Past D&D shows include the excellent West Marches and the classic 2E campaign Solum.
Thanks for the responses everyone! I knew about a couple of those (G&S, itmejp) and learned about a bunch more. Awesome.
And to our military bro up top, I feel your pain man. I was deploying constantly (a few months away, a few months home, rinse and repeat for 8 years) when I was still in. Catching up on youtube when I couldn't actually catch the streams was how I stayed (legally) sane. I got out, but thanks for staying in and taking up the slack. o7
Oh, and I'll followup my last with the other stream I watch - also with Adam Koebel - and that's the Official Roll20 App stream. For D&D there is a current Adventurer's League campaign and recently a Tales of the Yawning Portal run too. I also really enjoy The Sprawl, a cyberpunk system, but that's off brand for this forum!
I see Ruty already mentioned Maze Arcana. I would highly recommend them. It is a great story set in The D&D World of Eberron. The cast of players and Characters is top notch.
While not strictly D&D, the Oneshot Podcast is fantastic. Most of the group is made up of Chicago improv actors and charismatic folk and the two alternating GMs are wildly entertaining.
They rotate through games from D&D, Star Wars RPG and a decent amount of indie titles as well as interviewing game designers while playing their games.
It's not a stream, but a podcast. But I can warmly recommend Major Spoilers Podcast's Critical Hit. They've been at it since 2009 in a larger ongoing story, and during "off seasons" when the DM needs a break they also test out other systems like FATE and Call of Cthulhu.
For fans of Eberron, as previously mentioned Maze Arcana runs their Orphan Echo Sunday D&D 5e Eberron game, Peanut Gallery, Savage Nations, all at https://www.twitch.tv/mazearcana.
Fury's Reach
Today (Tuesday 6/27) the creators of Maze Arcana (Ruty Rutenberg and Satine Phoenix) are starting the Fury's Reach D&D show (twitch.tv/DnD at 7pm Pacific), 2 games, 2 DMs, 1 artifact set in Chult, as part of D&D's Tomb of Annihilation season. Tomorrow will be the second group for Fury's Reach, also at 7pm Pacific.
Rule Zero Gaming is new to streams. We have our live shows on Tuesdays at 7pm CST and 8pm CST on Saturdays HERE. Please join us, watch and follow if you enjoy it. We have all our past episodes on Youtube as well. Thank you and may all your rolls be 20!

I discovered tabletop story: storm kings thunder on twitch / YouTube recently. It's a very entertaining age. Highly recommended.

Drunkens & Dragons does a lot of amazing crafting that is worth checking out. (Y)
