The bundles are not on sale. Individual books are. Are you possibly looking at the discount you get from already owning part of a bundle? That's just whatever you already spent on books in that bundle, it's not a discount you get as part of the Cyber Monday sale.
The bundles look like they are on sale though? Player bundle used to be $99.99, now it's $79.96
So it is. Apologies, I hadn't noticed. Has anyone had a notification from DDB about what's on sale? Maybe I clicked it away without noticing it, but I haven't seen anything about a sale on bundles. And they're all discounted for me because I own parts of them already, so I can't really tell how much the sale would be nor if I'd benefit from it.

I imagine the Cyber Discount for individual books is being factored into the bundle prices. The bundles are already set to amalgamate prices based on what you own and don't own, I figure they're factoring in the deal you'd get buying each book individually. Frankly if I had more money I'd consider the Sourcebook bundled, but alas - three dollars off any future sourcebooks isn't really worth being forced to admit I own Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica in any form. So I guess not.
since the source book bundle has a higher discount does anyone know if its smarter to grab that then the legendary bundle for a bigger savings?
