You do that, and see the same thing he can see, from a slightly different angle. the Golem has been left behind, doesn't know where you went, and shall now be removed from the list.
[Note: if I didn't want you to know about Aeisenberg's situation, I'd have sent it to him via PM and claimed he was back at the rift in the main dop. Acting on OOC knowledge from an update is acceptable, and would be rather difficult to enforce prevention.]
I immediately flare up in rage at the sight of the Godmodder, cast Mordenkainen's sword, and slash at him.
You do those things! ...Except that last one. as you start to move Mordenkainen's sword,the Godmodder-guarding Masterwork Guard jumps into the way, taking 13 -8 (AC) damage, meaning 5. looks like things won't be so easy...
EORR The first Masterwork Guard, leading the charge, skids past Aeisenberg and stabs booksbooks in the spleen (5 damage). The Second Masterwork Guard follows this up with a calm jab at Aeisenberg, dealing 2 damage and cutting some of their hair for them. The last Masterwork Guard has its plans foiled by the addition of Booksbooks, and switches to a battle-ready stance.
All entity actions done, the Godmodder finishes up his work, wipes some non-existent sweat off his brow, shakes hands with his creation, and sends it off to fortify this place in his steed. its time to break some heads.

The Close Quarters Masterwork guard, unharmed by booksbooks and aeisenberg, is able to extract a devastating blow for 9 damage! the Confused guard is confused. it hurt itself in its confusion (1 damage)! more importantly, it is not guarding the Godmodder any more. The Battle Ready guard switches to Battle Tactician. it'll analyse the situation and move when its ready. for now, it gains a 20% dodge chance in addition to its other stats. The Godmodder blinks to Aeisenberg and grabs them by the neck. They have more health then booksbooks. time to pick up his minions slack. Aeisenberg is starting to choke!

I try to stab the Godmodder's arm with my Rapier while he still has me.
You prepare, line up your stab, and tighten your muscles... right before the wind control hits. unprepared, your rapier limply whacks into the Godmodder's arm as you fly away, before rolling and landing. you somehow get the feeling he planned that. you proceed to realize you knocked over one of the Masterwork guards when the wind knocked you over to booksbooks. [15 - 5 [AC] =] 10 damage to the close quarters Masterwork guard and neutralization of its nearly-doubled attack on booksbooks.

The knocked away guard learns to dodgeroll, and becomes a dodgeroll master. the Battle Tactician tells the confused one which Godmodder is real, making it less confused. The less-confused guard attacks the phantasmodder, but fails due to it being merely imagined.
The Godmodder calls forth a wand and swings it in a half-circle above it. 5 spheres of arcane power float within the arc it crossed, and he starts to focus on you.

I position myself just right so that I catch the guards and the Godmodder with a lightning bolt spell.
the guards all conduct electricity, taking 0 damage... before the bolt hits the Godmodder's remaining Arcane orb, supercharging it with electricity. it goes haywire for a moment, doing 10 armor-piercing damage to 2 of the guards (killing one) before the Godmodder gets it under control. the Godmodder now has one supercharged arcane lightning orb.

One of the guards is scrap. the confused one decides to attack... enei, menie, miny, moe... Aeisenberg, for 2 damage. the third starts trying to fix its deal friend.
The Godmodder looks at his supercharged orb of electric stuff, experimentally spins it around, and focusses on you again. he's going to make good use of this.

The orb itself is magical, but the electricity is no longer. it was created by magic, but if you create a fire and it spreads to a tree, the trees flame is mundane. orb replaced with bolt of raw electricity.
I say all the elvish curses, and quickly slash at the masterwork guard trying to re-assemble the dead one.
elves have no curses, so you say ".", and proceed to slash at the guard for (12-3=)9 damage. (crit chance roll failed)

EORR The mostly scrap guard continues getting its bearings. the technician attaches the rest of the arm, as well as the hand and part of the legs. the guard attacks the technician for -2 damage, healing it for 2 HP. because apparently that works...?
The Godmodder calmly flicks his finger, guiding the electricity bolt into aeisenberg's rapier, which is still outstretched from their attack. ZZZzzzzap. 10 damage. and hey, both players have the same amount of HP now! electricity bolt expended.
