So in our campaign, the story came to a point where my sword is an artifact and considered "stolen" from a temple and the god wants it back.. would be easy if i was a fighter or something but since im hexblade and i already made a pact with it we are really confused. (with the rule)
From my small research the pact cannot be dispelled.
So, if the owner "god" wants to get the sword back, or try to dispel it, will the god be successful in his tries or the pact is that strong that the warlock can hold the weapon in his arsenal?
Otherwise I think it's really up to the DM; there's nothing in the rules to say that the bond cannot be broken by other means, it just doesn't give you a basic mechanical way to do it other than death. There could be unusual rituals, some kind of magical trickery (tricking you into handing over the blade willingly), or it comes down to whether your patron or this other god is stronger.
When the blade isn't in your hand it resides in an extra-dimensional space, but there are beings in D&D that are extra-dimensional, so it's possible that space is safe only by obscurity, i.e- beings capable of getting to it don't know where exactly to find the space they need, but if the blade were marked or identifiable it could be stolen, leading you to suddenly be unable to summon your blade.
There are a bunch of options, but yeah, nothing in the basic rules, it's all DM/flavour related.

If you meant that you turned the magic sword into your pact weapon as part of the pact of the blade, then that has nothing to do with being a hexblade since any warlock can take the pact of the blade option.
I'm going to assume you meant the latter (turned it into your pact weapon as part of the pact of the blade). In that case there's not much of a problem. If you want to give it back, just break the bond with it yourself. It's mentioned in the rule itself already: "The weaponceases being your pact weapon if you die, if you perform the 1-hour ritual on a different weapon, or if you use a 1-hour ritual to break your bond to it.The weapon appears at your feet if it is in the extradimensional space when the bond breaks." If the question is what the god can do to take it back ... that's completely up to your DM. If they say the god can do it then that's what the god can do. Alternatively, gods are extremely powerful beings. Do you really want to have one as enemy? Better just give him his damn sword back lol
Also as small sidenote, if the gods sword was an artifact or a sentient weapon then you wouldn't have been able to turn it into your pact weapon anyway: "You can't affect an artifact or a sentient weapon in this way."
