The next campaign of the official D&D actual play anthology series revolves around the content from the upcoming D&D: World of Warcraft gameplay expansion and drops our adventurers into Azeroth, where the war against the Scourge is going badly and nobody has asked this particular guild for help.
We sat down with series DM and long-time World of Warcraft fan Jasmine Bhullar to get a peek into what’s to come!

Dungeon Masters' next campaign pairs an actual play adventure set across Azeroth with the D&D: World of Warcraft Dungeon Masters Play-Along Pack you can use to bring pieces of the show to your own table.
"Long-time WoW fans can expect a lot of nostalgia from this campaign. It is a love letter to some of my favorite moments in the game.
I think there's a lot about it that you'll look back on and hopefully remember fondly, even if it's just riding a zeppelin to Brill or having to get your gear repaired after suffering a defeat. I think there are just little nods in every corner of this campaign that are just little easter eggs for long-time WoW fans to be like, ’Oh hey, I remember that!’"
The D&D: World of Warcraft Dungeon Masters Campaign
Our third campaign introduces us to the world of Azeroth, and to the underdog Horde guild known as Afterlife. They’ve hit rock bottom. A former member stole their entire treasury. They’re barely getting along.
On the verge of collapse and in constant need of rescue, the group takes risk after risk to gain enough respect within the Horde to be sent to Northrend and join the war effort against the Lich King.
And if no one officially lets them go, they’ll just have to make their own way. They have nothing to lose, right?
Right?
Inspired by the upcoming D&D: World of Warcraft and decades of Azeroth's history, this campaign follows five fledgling champions as they struggle through dungeons they are underleveled for, navigate factional politics, and do the dirty jobs no one else wants—all in efforts to craft their own legend.
Meet the Cast and Heroes
Dungeon Masters returns with Jasmine Bhullar (DesiQuest, Dimension 20) as Dungeon Master, joined by Mayanna Berrin (Dispatch, The Dungeon Run), Christian Navarro (13 Reasons Why, Forgotten Realms), Neil Newbon (Baldur's Gate III), Theo Solomon (Baldur's Gate III), and Devora Wilde (Baldur's Gate III).
Together they make up the guild called Afterlife, a party of:
Greave, a Forsaken Blood Death Knight, played by Neil
Jandi, a Troll Balance Druid, played by Devora
Talonia, a Blood Elf Discipline Priest, played by Mayanna
Mistik, a Goblin Assassin Rogue, played by Christian
Rokkar, an Orc Beast Master Hunter and the guild's reluctant leader, played by Theo
"For World of Warcraft enthusiasts who are maybe just discovering Dungeon Masters, our players inhabit the essence of Barren's chat.
They're low-level, inexperienced, figuring things out, but they have hearts of gold and are in it for the right reasons."
Come Roll With Us in Azeroth!
Can Afterlife earn its way north before they become another cautionary tale of Azeroth’s dangers? Join us as Dungeon Masters heads to World of Warcraft and find out!
